**What do you like best about Tire Guru?**

The whole system would have been great if it worked, but nothing was imported in & made it really hard.

**What do you dislike about Tire Guru?**

Almost everything to be honest, the training videos we sat through were not the same as the actual website, nothing was moved in from our old system, causing us to have to create every customer in product code again.

**What problems is Tire Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We never got any help from customer service when needed, so nothing.
