Some of the setup and onboarding steps require a bit of coordination, especially around funding the wallet, but once everything is in place the system runs smoothly. We used to use cash to pay our staff their credit card tips, which meant trips to the bank to withdrawal thousands of dollars, then doing the math in an excel sheet and stuffing money into envelopes.
