The process itself is easy enough. Onboard vendor, code invoice, request approvals, pay bill. One-stop shop. Convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tipalti?

I don't like how Tipalti doesn't sync up to Sage perfectly. The credit memo's always have a bill attachment error. The vendor tax information does not sync over. And then there are random sync errors that we take care of fairly regularly.

Also, not a fan that there isn't a transparent audit trail. Approvers can change coding when approving and it won't detail the changes they have made within the Audit trail. This can be troublesome and cause confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer success managers are great and work hard to make the relationship work. As with all sytems there are occasional bugs, and they help navigate the scary world of support.

When a bill is being entered manually (outside of a purchase order) Tipalti does not have the functionality to copy a previous line. This would save a lot of time when a bill has multiple lines and the only thing that it changes in each line is the description and the amount.
