Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Tipalti? Does not provide professional financial invoices/documentation for the individuals being paid. For example: If they want to pull a report of their payments as a requirement for a major purchase, the document they can pull looks like a generic word document that anyone can pull up on their computer. We had to create and provide supporting professional documentation with a letterhead. 2nd Example: Tipalti does not provide 1099's...our other software did this. It is VERY invonvieninent that we have to pull a report and send their payment information to another company to create their 1099's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It's nice not having to code all of the invoice details by hand. Also nice being able to have management approve invoices automatically within the system. It's better than doing it manually for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Tipalti? It's not very user friendly and very frustrating to use. When paying multiple invoices for the same vendor, it's frustrating that you can't select multiple invoices at once, have to do it one at a time. I know you can do it by going to all the invoices and filtering, but it'd be so nice to be able to select multiple invoices under the vendor screen. I like the integrations it offers. It definitely meets our basic needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Tipalti? I really get frustrated when reviewing multiple invoices at one time. The UX is clunky and the cursor pops up with info windows constantly. I also get frustrated that the payee search box has to have the exact name typed as it is stored in the system - and doesn't suggest near payees. For example, if I search John Doe, but it's entered as JohnDoe, Tiplati returns no results. It just feels antiquated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Tipalti: If you're able to price match or get a competitive offer from a competitor, I would consider that instead of Tipalti. Tipalti's key factor for us was that it was cheaper but during the renewal process we were able to get it pricematched and will be switching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
