TinyOrbit is creche management software built for Irish early years services. Managers see live staff-to-child ratios, keep Garda vetting, First Aid and Children First dates in view, record incidents, and run waitlists and parent enquiries without spreading the work across spreadsheets. It is designed around how Irish creches actually operate, including Tusla-oriented records and reporting across one site or many. Track occupancy, rooms, rotas, and staff compliance in one dashboard. Each creche can have a hosted enquiry page for parents, with a shared inbox for new applications. Data is GDPR-ready and hosted in the EU. One plan per creche includes unlimited users and child profiles, a free spreadsheet migration, and a 14-day trial. No long-term contract. Cancel anytime.
