Tinrate Concierge acts as a digital front desk for business websites. Instead of leaving visitors to search, it guides them straight to what they need: it understands the request, asks the right qualification questions (type of request, company details, timing) and books an appointment or hands the lead to the right person, at any time of day. Visitors are impatient, and many leave for another site when they cannot find an answer quickly. The Concierge removes that search step and turns the visit into a qualified lead, instead of a missed one. For marketing teams and agencies, it also shows which questions visitors ask, which helps improve site content, campaigns and conversion. It is installed with a code snippet or through Google Tag Manager and managed from a dashboard.
