It helps reduce manual work and improves consistency, especially for building workflows around incident response, phishing investigations, user access tasks, and general operational processes where speed and consistency matter. I really like how simple Tines is to use and navigate around. The user interface makes it so much easier to build something useful, and you don’t need to be technically sound to use it. My favorite part is the visual workflow builder, which is a cherry on top. I also appreciate the flexibility Tines offers as you can start small and keep building as you move forward. It integrates different systems and APIs, making our processes faster and smoother, which saves us time while routine tasks work in the background. Once the workflow gets bigger, it feels a little cluttered. It’s great to start, but as the size grows, it can take some effort to keep everything clean and easy to follow. Also, debugging can cause an issue sometimes. Not as quick as we’d like. When something breaks down, you have to go deep into why and where it broke. It would really help if there was a clearer failure path view like instantly highlighting the steps where the problem arises. It's especially handy once you get the hang of it. I really like the drag-and-drop interface; it's quite intuitive and makes it easy to quickly build and tweak workflows without depending on developers, saving a lot of time. Additionally, Tines' ability to integrate with different tools in one place stands out for me. It ties everything together so alerts, communication, and ticket updates all happen automatically without much manual follow-up. This integration capability is very practical for day-to-day work, making handling incidents much faster and more organized. It also scaled quite well when our company had around 400–500 people, handling our workflows smoothly without any major performance issues, even with multiple teams using it. Tines is like a smart assistant that handles all my boring, repetitive computer tasks automatically. It connects my favorite apps together so they can talk to each other and get work done, leaving me free to focus on the important stuff. I love that I don't need to know any fancy coding to use it. I just move simple blocks around to link my apps, like playing with toys. It's very easy to start and saves me lots of time. I really like how it works with almost any app I already use. It's like a universal plug that fits into everything, so all of my different tools can finally talk to each other. I also appreciate that setting it up was very easy and didn't take much time at all. I don't have to install anything heavy on my laptop. It feels like setting up a new social media page and it's simple and easy to set up.
