Tines is incredibly flexible since it’s vendor-agnostic and connects to any REST API, which is invaluable as it enables us to build sophisticated automations without needing a dedicated team of developers. The no-code interface is what I like best — it's very easy to use and the team picked it up quickly without much training. Implementation was smooth, we got our CrowdStrike and Qualys workflows up and running without any major issues. Integration with both tools was straightforward and didn't require much technical effort. We use it daily since most of our automations run on a schedule and handle tasks without any manual input. The number of features covers everything we need for our security automation use cases.
