The different ways to ingest alerts are very helpful. Instead of having to define a particular alert type upfront, we can ingest the alert and then configure the story around it. XSOAR has dedicated mappers to map source integration fields into XSOAR, whereas Tines doesn’t have a global context, which I believe is a pain. There is room for improvement in the AI formula assistant, as it doesn't always hit the mark. The Story Copilot could also use some polishing to iron out small bugs. The most useful feature of Tines is converting manual work into structured workflows. I have also found it very useful when performing tasks on an event basis - triggered instantly and do not require constant checking. The platform provides enough control to customize the logic whilst being visually organized (visually) and allows me to easily manage multiple processes. Another way that Tines can enhance its capabilities is by improving upon how large &/or complicated workflows are handled, as they may require additional work to always stay properly organized.. The more time spent determining organization of actions for clear understanding, the greater understanding of the platform's flexibility. With the help of Tines, I can remove the difficulty of managing disparate processes with multiple tools by bringing them together so I can run automatic workflows for incoming information where you complete the necessary actions immediately. The AI features like Story Co-pilot are genuinely helpful for building and troubleshooting. Setup was super easy, taking less than 10 minutes. The drag-and-drop interface is a game-changer, letting anyone on my team build workflows without coding knowledge. It speeds up processes significantly and empowers team access. The Tines Co-pilot even helps write regex to parse data just by describing my needs. I also appreciate the pre-built SOAR actions for security-focused tasks and how it connects tools seamlessly.
