TIN Comply verifies vendors and payees before a payment is made or a 1099 is filed. It matches name and TIN pairs against IRS records in real time, finds the correct EIN when a vendor supplies the wrong one, screens 330+ sanctions and exclusion lists (OFAC, SAM.gov, HHS-OIG and more), validates addresses, and collects and stores W-9s, sending the request automatically when a match fails. Every result explains why it failed, not just that it did, so AP and tax teams can fix the record instead of guessing. Every capability is in every plan from the first vendor: single and bulk verification, the REST API, AI assistant connections, W-9 management, reporting and audit trail. There is no IRS e-Services enrollment to complete and no per-feature upsell. Plans start at $20 a month; prepaid packs and managed services (W-9 outreach, vendor file cleanup, CP2100 B-Notice handling, Notice 972CG penalty support) are available for teams that would rather hand the work off. Built by a team with two decades in 1099 reporting and TIN verification, TIN Comply is for AP, tax, procurement and compliance teams who want to stop B-Notices and backup withholding penalties where they start: at onboarding.
