For example, I have a friend living in a remote village, and when I wanted to send birthday wishes, it was not possible due to delivery restrictions, so I had to choose other ordinary substitutes, greatly reducing the significance of sending flowers. Flexibility of delivery time needs improvement: Although it is possible to specify a general delivery time slot, in some special cases, it still cannot fully meet the needs. For instance, sometimes there is a desire for delivery to be precise to a specific hour to coordinate with particular event arrangements, but the current service finds it difficult to achieve such precision.
