Timizer is the specialized B2B SaaS solution dedicated to automating and securing the entire Timesheet validation lifecycle for IT services companies, Enterprise clients, and Freelancers. We sit at the critical intersection between time tracking and invoicing, acting as a streamlined engine to eliminate administrative bottlenecks and accelerate cash flow. Key Benefits and Focus: Cash Flow Acceleration: By automating timesheet creation, secure e-signature, and workflow validation, Timizer drastically reduces the time between service delivery and invoice issuance, helping IT services companies improve their Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Administrative Relief (Sales Operations / Back-Office): We eliminate manual follow-ups, reconciliation errors, and scattered spreadsheets. Timizer ensures data homogeneity and provides a single source of truth for all external service consumption and billing data. Compliance and Control (Enterprise): For large organizations, Timizer ensures strict budgetary control and compliance over external contractors by formalizing the validation process. Features include robust reporting, specific project management tools, and mandatory security integrations like SSO (Single Sign-On) and comprehensive APIs. Simple Adoption: The platform is designed for maximum ease-of-use by consultants and freelancers, ensuring high adoption rates and accurate time entries. Timizer transforms the mandatory, often chaotic, administrative burden of the Timesheet (or Project Sign-off Sheet) into a strategic lever for financial performance and streamlined back-office operations.
