Customization is one of its highlights to adjust our communications according to the needs of our users. Automated notifications keep us up to date with reports of scheduled appointments and schedule changes and customized forms makes easy to collect relevant information for each appointment; plus technical support is always responsive to user needs. **What do you dislike about TimeTap?** Setting up integrations with external calendars and understanding all the customization options can take considerable time so it's important to be patient during this initial phase; this is compensated for as the platform operates very smoothly. **What problems is TimeTap solving and how is that benefiting you?** TimeTap helps us coordinate agendas and maintain access to up–to date data on scheduled meetings and appointments, making the work environment more collaborative, optimizing the time of everyone involved and avoiding schedule conflicts. ## TimeTap Discussions -
