I have been using TimeSolv since I formed my firm in 2021. The product works great and having used other similar products with prior firms the differences between TimeSolv and the others are noticeable. More importantly, my clients love the way that TimeSolv shows expenses and the ability to upload receipts within the expense function is something that my clients' accounting departments have mentioned to me is something they appreciate. My only dislike (and this is very minor) when I type in "F" for State, instead of automatically defaulting to Florida, where I am located, it defaults to the Federated States of Micronesia and then I must click down. TimeSolv handles all of my invoicing and billing needs. TimeSolv integrates so well with payment providers and others it make the invoicing process so smooth. TimeSolv works well for us because it goes beyond simply tracking hours. The time I log can flow straight into an invoice, include expenses, move through approvals, and ultimately become a clean, professional document for the client. That matters on projects where the work isn’t always obvious from the outside. A new page design is easy to point to, but maintenance, security checks, performance reviews, small fixes, and support work often need more context. The invoicing side is strong as well. Templates, recurring billing, online payments, and the client portal make the whole process feel far more organized. For monthly support plans, recurring invoices and a clear history save us a lot of manual effort. I also appreciate that clients can review the details in the portal instead of emailing to ask about every little thing. When we have questions about recurring projects, approvals, or invoice structure, support usually gives practical answers rather than just pointing us to documentation. The platform does a solid job at what it’s built for: tracking time, organizing expenses, creating invoices, and keeping billing clear. The real value is that it keeps the whole process connected—from the moment the work happens to the moment the client pays. That said, if your team isn’t disciplined about logging time properly, no tool is going to magically fix that. But once everyone gets into the habit, TimeSolv makes the billing side much easier to manage and helps keep everything consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is TimeSolv solving and how is that benefiting you? Month-end used to bring up the same problem every time: a lot of small tasks were not documented well enough. A client would ask why there were so many maintenance hours, and then we had to rebuild the story by checking tickets, messages, commits, and emails. On one project, we started handling it differently. Every task went into TimeSolv as it happened: plugin updates, security adjustments, performance checks, small form changes, and technical support. When the next invoice went out, we did not have to explain the work with vague descriptions. Each entry had enough context for the client to understand what was done and why it took time. The time entry software is very user-friendly for entering time, and it seamlessly interfaces with invoice creation. I’m still learning all of its features, but I really like how easy it is to use. I wish it had an automatic spell-check feature for words entered in the time entry system, with suggestions to replace misspelled words. Hopefully, that will be added in the future. It would be helpful to meet with a Timesolv rep to go over the tool and understand how I can use it more effectively. I know the “help” feature is available at any time, and I have used it, but being able to spend dedicated time with someone would be especially helpful now that I’ve been using it for a few months. I find that TimeSolv makes it easy to handle invoices, which is good for me. The people associated with TimeSolv are polite, effective, and patient, which adds to the positive experience. The software is also very adaptable, allowing me to review billing details, customer names, and addresses effectively. It's beneficial that it works well and lets me print out documents before sending them. The setup was quick, only taking me about five to ten minutes. I have an issue with the font being in Arabic, which doesn't help because the courts won't accept that format. It's challenging since they only accept certain formats, and this isn't one of them.
