Tracking and recording time is the worst part about being an attorney. I loathe doing it. Timesolv is the only program I have ever used in my career with which I have been successful. What makes it special is that they have excellent tech support, shortcodes to make repetitive time entries happen automatically (e.g. "PSEC" is our code for "Prepared and sent email correspondence to __ re: __", and creating invoices and tracking trust deposits and payments is very easy. TimeSolv is a convenient and easily accessible platform for timekeepers. As an administrative user, trust accounting is easy to maintain and update. You cannot select multiple time entries and move them to another job, delete them, or change the expense or task code all at once.

There is no Total Billed field up high on the main invoice page, so if you have a 2 page invoice, the client cannot see how much is due unless they flip to page 2.

I want the ability to edit the section titles so they can say something other than "Time" and "Expenses".

There needs to be a button that allows you to print the time entries for a particular job, invoice or search. Currently, you can click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the screen and the time entries will print, but for some reason there are always 1 or 2 time entries that get buried/overlapped on screen and they do not show up on the printed version. So you end up missing hours. We go around this by snipping and pasting the time entries into a Word document and printing from there, but it's tedius and the time entries end up having to be shrunken down to fit, so they're hard to read. I have to be very careful that I start my entries in the correct date--I was used to looking at a calendar where the week starts on Sunday....not on Monday. So I have entered time on the wrong date--but again, that's an easy fix! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
