It is very easy to add a new label or company and start adding hours for billing. The best thing is that it allows you to download the data in several formats although I mainly use PDF and excel. **What do you dislike about Timesheets.com?** The design needs a lot of improvement, it is very basic and boring. It also doesn't allow you to align the paragraphs when you are writing descriptions about the hours. Exporting to pdf a file comes out very messy, I don't like the design. It is a quick to understand program and no training is needed. I recommend it for small companies that need this type of service. The initial support we received when setting up the software was great, But we have grown and need additional help. Now customer service doesn't seem that willing to work with us. Accessing the site and tool is very easy and user friendly and my understanding is after payroll approves the time-card that it was sent to Paychex. Timesheets.com is ideal for both small business and large alike with its easy of and automated process. Also this is mobile compatible interface if you need to update you timesheet and expenses out-of-office. **What do you dislike about Timesheets.com?** My dislike would be that for a larger business that the cost would be more opposed to building an in-house product. Maybe adding a confirmation email once timesheet is submitted. Also maybe if there was a better collaboration with Paychex? There is a mobile version for quick checking on days off and on. It was easy to use the web version. I also really enjoyed the feature of requesting off recurrent days. It makes it easy to have the same schedule every week with no more memos or email reminders. Employees can very easily check time in and time out to calculate hours worked, which can be helpful if going over hours is something that happens frequently. I think my favorite part of timesheets is the way the format is presented which is very visually appealing and simple. **What do you dislike about Timesheets.com?** I am not aware if on the app you are able to use a finger print to sign in but that would be more convenient. Other than that there are no features I would change. I would expect constant updates and changes to the format to keep up with current trends and ease of use. **Recommendations to others considering Timesheets.com:** Use all of its benefits including checking hours as well as downloading the app. Request off using timesheets and also use the re-occuring time off feature. I would double check to see how relevant it is for smaller companies with less employees.
