It is a very intuitive and easy to use platform, no training is required. It is very easy to add a new label or company and start adding hours for billing. The design needs a lot of improvement, it is very basic and boring. It also doesn't allow you to align the paragraphs when you are writing descriptions about the hours. Exporting to pdf a file comes out very messy, I don't like the design. I have had many problems downloading all the data to excel because many times the information is incomplete. I used this to record my time as an employee. Accessing the site and tool is very easy and user friendly and my understanding is after payroll approves the time-card that it was sent to Paychex. My dislike would be that for a larger business that the cost would be more opposed to building an in-house product. Maybe adding a confirmation email once timesheet is submitted.
