It allows us to maintain the level of accounting precision we need without compromising our time tracking process. In addition, their team is extremely responsive and willing to make changes based on our feedback, which has made a big difference for us. **What do you dislike about TimeRewards?** There aren’t any major issues for us, but like many long-standing systems, the interface can feel a bit dated compared to newer platforms. That said, the functionality and reliability have always outweighed any cosmetic limitations. **What problems is TimeRewards solving and how is that benefiting you?** TimeRewards solves the challenge of accurately tracking time in a way that aligns with our accounting structure. Because we use a very detailed chart of accounts in QuickBooks Desktop, we need time tracking that maps cleanly without requiring manual adjustments.
