Timeo is the operations platform for Malaysian gyms, fitness studios and salons. It runs memberships and session packs that count down by the day and by the session, class booking with capacity and waitlists, appointment scheduling with deposits, a counter POS, and door access through its own Timeo Gate readers. Payments go straight into the business's own account through FPX and DuitNow (Billplz) or card (Stripe), with LHDN e-Invoice support, and card plans renew themselves. Members get an app on iOS and Android and a web portal under the gym's own name to book classes, see what is left on a package, keep receipts and scan in at the door. Owners get WhatsApp reminders from their own number, reports, staff logins with roles, and an import that brings members across from another system together with their active packages. Flat monthly fee per location, no commission on sales.
