For companies and teams needing smart time tracking, project and team management, and powerful reporting, Track is the easy-to-use tool that you are looking for. Employees don't like wasting their time, and employers don't like thinking about those opportunity costs. With time tracking, you can see clearly where time goes and where it is being wasted so that you can reallocate more effectively. This way, more tasks are completed on time, and leaders make decisions based on real-time data. Lucen Track connects natively with tools like Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft To Do, Outlook Calendar, and many more. Part of the Lucen suite, alongside Timeline (Microsoft-native timeline and Gantt chart maker), Plan (Excel-based planner), and Flowchart (PowerPoint flowchart maker). ## Lucen Track Reviews ### 1. They can capture time from anywhere. I've been a paying customer for 3+ years and recently, forgot to reduce the licence as a team member had left. TimeNEye charged me for some extra licence but, when I mentioned it, they immediately refunded the extra payment. I cannot fault them for taking the extra payment as I forgot to amend the system. The company is very professional and really look after their customers. Their product support is also very good in my experience. **What do you dislike about Lucen Track?** Reporting is still basic and could be improved. However, current product meet my needs. **What problems is Lucen Track solving and how is that benefiting you?** It tracks time. It is much better than tracking time on spreadsheets etc. ### 2. Timeneye's reports are great, too. I found Timeneye a great choice for simply tracking time, split out by categories and tags, without being burdened by the invasive auto-tracking features of some software. **What do you dislike about Lucen Track?** Timeneye doesn't offer some of the methods of tracking time available from other solutions. For instance, it won't auto-track your apps. That's not important to me. More significantly, I haven't found the Outlook calendar integration to be as useful as that in Clockify. The Android app is online only, so if I happen to be offline (commuting) I can't update my time for the day. **Recommendations to others considering Lucen Track:** In my experience, Timeneye is one of the top choices for tracking time. It's been a pleasure to use. Clockify is perhaps another one to consider; Clockify offers more features in their free plan. I'm currently several weeks into using Clockify and will probably continue with that instead of Timeneye. However, Timeneye still has an advantage in UI. For those of you who need entries with clock-in, clock-out timestamps, Timeneye may become a little more clunky to use. **What problems is Lucen Track solving and how is that benefiting you?** Timeney allows me to track time simply, right in the browser where I usually work. Thus, it's an improvement over a phone-only approach. This is also easier to use than more full-fledged apps such as Toggl. ### 3. This allows me to work smoothly using reminders for my full contact cycle so that projects do not get lost in space **What do you dislike about Lucen Track?** I wish there was also an option for international work teams that displays multiple different time zones. My companies work with clients all over the world and sometimes it gets difficult to remember what time it is where **What problems is Lucen Track solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps make workflow go more smoothly allowing our seniors to set reminders for our junior associates and updates management on our time management progress. ### 4. We can easily export reports by individual(s) or by project(s). **What do you dislike about Lucen Track?** I don't really have any complaints--I experience little to no frustration when using it. **Recommendations to others considering Lucen Track:** It's a solid product that does what it needs to do. It's focused on time tracking and doesn't get distracted by adding unnecessary features. **What problems is Lucen Track solving and how is that benefiting you?** I work for a design agency. We used to use Basecamp Classic for time tracking. When Basecamp 2 rolled out, time tracking was removed and we needed a replacement. It really is a very stable, secure, and reliable software. It has a lot of very useful options available that is really good we are happy. **Recommendations to others considering Lucen Track:** The ability to use reports is great. It has very good features that are easily adaptable to any company no matter how big or small it may be. **What problems is Lucen Track solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly we were able to do the programming of the weekly work much more easily and quickly and above all more efficiently. We can make a quick review of the reports and discuss them with the employees to make the necessary changes. the function of the infomer is very good whenever there is an operative question a report can be created to answer it. ### 6.
