TimeMobi is cloud-based attendance software that tracks employee time using mobile-first technology and location verification. It replaces paper timesheets with an integrated system that captures attendance data from multiple sources and generates compliance-ready reports. The software features GPS-enabled clock-in, restricting employees to geofenced worksites. For field teams, it records GPS coordinates and timestamps, ensuring a detailed audit trail. The mobile app works offline, syncing data when reconnected. TimeMobi offers shift scheduling, automatic overtime calculation, and real-time dashboards for attendance and hours worked. It integrates with biometric devices like fingerprint scanners and RFID readers, unifying device punches with mobile entries. Payroll-ready reports comply with labor laws and export to HR systems via API and Odoo integration.
