TimeLit is a time-tracking and team-monitoring platform for small and remote teams. A lightweight Windows desktop tracker records work time, breaks, activity levels (keyboard & mouse use — never what's typed), the apps and websites in use, idle time, and optional blurred screenshots. Admins get a live board of who's working now, a dashboard for any date range, each person's day in 10-minute slots, and exportable reports for payroll, invoicing and attendance. Beyond tracking, TimeLit runs monthly payroll straight from tracked hours (fixed salary, per hour or per day), handles paid leave and salary advances, and gets new-hire contracts signed with built-in e-signatures. Monitoring is transparent to employees and fully controlled by each company's admin. TimeLit is $4.99 per user / month hosted, or a one-time setup to run on your own server for full data ownership. Free 14-day trial.
