We work onsite with clients across many counties and even states and with the click of a button we can access all the information needed about which employee should be on which client's site. They don't allow for appointments that are irregular (i.e. the first Tuesday of the month) so I have to input that as a new appointment each month. This causes more error for me. Perhaps a little explanation to go along with a lot of the app settings would help with the initial setup. There are training videos available; however, it could be time-consuming to watch them all.
