TimeEngineer is time tracking and project management software tailored for architecture and engineering firms. It combines time tracking, project management, and leave management in a unified system compliant with German labor laws and DSGVO standards, with data stored exclusively on German servers. The software enables precise time tracking by project and performance phase, aligned with HOAI billing standards. Work hour balances and overtime are calculated automatically. Employees can submit vacation requests digitally, with approvals processed through the system, and vacation balances updated automatically. TimeEngineer generates detailed project reports and hour statements for clients, and management. By integrating HOAI billing, legal documentation, and leave management, the platform streamlines workflows, reduces duplicate data entry, and consolidates information across business functions.
