The product is easy to use once you are familiar with it. It seems to be able to handle all of our scenarios well, including Fire and Police overtime, which is different from standard overtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Was very disappointed to find out the implementation team was in Pakistan. Was hoping for an English first team and we did not have that. Sometimes we had to figure things out for ourselves or push them to help us with things like Single Sign-On. Most of Support also seems to be off-shore. Sometimes the Support was still good, but communication is always challenging when there are language barriers. Had we known these things up front we would probably have gone a different direction. As the IT director, I deal with updating the local software and maintaining it but I also use it to clock in and out every day. Any time I have an issue that requires customer support they are always very responsive, helpful, and courteous. It is very easy to maintain and easy for end users to use the site or device. It could be that our school just doesn't have this feature enabled, but I would like to see hours worked for the week to date, so I know if I am at risk of going over 40 hours. As I haven't clocked in and out until this school year since 1993 it would help if I had a reminder to clock in when I get here. I probably just need to set a reminder on my phone.
