So very user friendly. The customer service is also very helpful when your in need of assistance. I needed help with our accural process and they were very knowledagble and helped me through it no problem. The Employees like it cause it's easy to clock in and out on just a few clicks and your done. Also like i said very user friendly they can easily request time off see there Accrued PTO and hours they had for the week without jumping through hoops. they can also have it on their phone for easy access. **What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?** We sometimes have a issue with when they go to clock out it dosent always do it and then i have to adjust it for them but i dont know if that is nessecarialy TimeClock Plus issues it could be them clocking out on there phones and the Wifi connection might be bad. Also when a week passes and someone is out sick when they come in the following week and want to use thier PTO on the last week they missed days on for some reason it's blocked out so they cant do it. Then i have to manually do it which is silly cause they could easily be able to add it in and then i just approve it since i have to approve the PTO anyway. **What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its not really solving any problems for me but it defiantly benifits me and my employees with ease of use. ### 2. The layout is simple, so I don’t have to waste time figuring out where everything is. Clocking in and out is super quick, and I can even do it from my phone if I need to. Plus, it keeps track of my hours really well, so I always know how much time I’ve worked. It also helps my job run smoother because it connects with other systems, making everything more organized. **What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?** The system has a lot of features, which is great, but it can feel a little overwhelming at first. It would be nice if some parts were a bit simpler to use right away. **What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** TCP TimeClock Plus helps solve a lot of problems with tracking work hours. It makes sure my hours are recorded correctly, so I don’t have to worry about mistakes in my payroll. It also helps my job stay organized by keeping track of breaks, overtime, and schedules, so everything runs smoothly. Since I can clock in from different devices, it’s really convenient and saves time. Overall, it makes it easier for me and my coworkers to focus on our jobs instead of worrying about timekeeping. ### 3. BILLING/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE: The implementation team caused overages by adding Test employees which TCP should have removed upon completion. I was unaware of charges until billed. Also, when logging in to pay invoices, there's no overview or history of the account to review. **What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking Attendance and Time-off. ### 4. We are able to add employees easily and track vacation/sick time as well. **What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?** I wish there were ways to edit the existing reports on what shows. Also, when we upgraded to the cloud, it was a long process from our existing system. However, overall, it ended up working itself out and everything turned out well. **What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to track time and vacation/sick in the system so we don't have to utilize an out-of-date spreadsheet that could have errors. ### 5. We also are utilizing timeclock for payroll with isolved. Once it was integrated it has made payroll a lot easier. ### 6.
