TimeBot For scheduling **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Merona S. | Clinical specialist , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2020 **What do you like best about TimeBot?** We currently use Amion contour scheduling purposes however have been implementing this free version among a specific group in our practice as a trial. It’s extremely user friendly and easy to use and we barely had to provide additional training to those who are using it **What do you dislike about TimeBot?** Requests are coming in individually rather than on one calendar for you to review to assess how many time if requests per day are happening Another downside is that it’s working another app therefore does not have integration ability to any commonly used calendar apps such as google calendar or iPhone calendar so staff has to keep logging in to look at the schedule rather than sending in the final schedule to their personal calendar of choice **What problems is TimeBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’ve asked this trial group to enter their preferred day of week for which they’re request to have their comp day via this app for implementation into the final schedule as a way to improve staff satisfaction for when they would like to have additional time off.
