The integration, with Slack, adds a touch to the tool. There are areas where improvements are needed for better decisions. **What do you dislike about TimeBot?** Drawbacks while TimeBot provides features for handling time off requests and monitoring holidays it benefit from customization options. The capability for managing absences is poor. There is lacks of features and comprehensive support. **What problems is TimeBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** TimeBot automates the task of solving employee time off requests. It takes time to resolve these issues. This app is unable to simply solves our problems. More work is needed to increase the progress of our business. ### 2. It is fantastic if it also integrates with applications like Outlook. **What do you dislike about TimeBot?** For instance, detailed reporting on employee time off requests is lacking, making it difficult to analyze patterns and trends. The absence management feature is more intuitive. **What problems is TimeBot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing employee time off requests is a headache for our HR team. Its limitations have hindered its effectiveness in providing HR support.
