The booking flow is very clear for clients, which immediately reduced confusion and support requests on our side. The design is clean, the setup was fast, and both staff and customers understood how to use it without training. Support is also very responsive and open to feedback, which makes a big difference when transitioning from another system. **What do you dislike about Time2book?** Some advanced features, such as built-in signed waivers, are still being developed. That said, the team is very transparent about their roadmap and provides practical workarounds in the meantime. Considering how new the platform is, this has not been a major issue for us. **What problems is Time2book solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time2Book solved our biggest issue: client friction during booking. With our previous system, clients struggled to complete bookings and we spent a lot of time on support. Since switching, bookings are completed smoothly, we receive fewer complaints, and our team saves time daily. We even saw successful bookings on the first day of using the platform. ### 2. The platform looks really clean and professional, which is great for my clients when they make bookings. They also offer great support, which was especially helpful in setting it up. If I need to make changes, it's quick and easy. **What do you dislike about Time2book?** It was challenging for me to make events, obviously, that's not what the platform was set up for. I wanted to offer a discount if you buy two tickets to an event or a class, but I wasn't able to do that. **What problems is Time2book solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time2book is intuitive, easy to use, and looks clean and professional for clients booking breath work classes. ### 3. The user experience is excellent, both for us and for our clients. Clients can book sessions quickly and easily, which was our top priority. Additionally, the pricing is much more affordable than other tools we've considered. **What do you dislike about Time2book?** The system is designed with simplicity and ease of use in mind, which means that certain advanced features, such as email marketing or SMS capabilities, may not be available. **What problems is Time2book solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, we handled bookings and payments for our Pilates studio using Excel, but things often got lost or disorganized. Now, with everything automated, it’s much easier to keep track of all our information. Clients can book their own sessions and purchase memberships or package plans themselves.
