Founded in 2011 in New Jersey by two childhood friends as a basic timekeeping application, eBIllity has grown into a scalable tool that can be customized to your business needs at an affordable (and competitive) price. Could use more quality of life features for time enterers **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021 **What do you like best about Time Tracker by eBillity?** Apparently it works OK for the management of our company, as we've used Time Tracker for years. **What do you dislike about Time Tracker by eBillity?** As someone who needs to record time under a large number of projects, which isn't totally the same each week, I feel forced to use an additional tool to keep track of my time before entering it into eBillity. At least as we are using it, to pick a project you enter not just the number, but three other dropdowns and a checkbox. Tedious. The only concession to someone like me is a "copy the previous week's projects" function, which can only copy projects that had time that week, and can't be used if you've already started entering time. This means it's only feasible to enter time once a week, and I still always have to reconcile after I enter everything: Which projects got missed? Which did I accidentally enter twice? **What problems is Time Tracker by eBillity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Probably certain software integrations that I don't deal with. There are a lot of features that aren't clear or go unused, possibly redundant. The viewing screen for the week overview always requires me to use the lower bar to navigate side to side, which can be frustrating to go back and forth to see the description view. I don't like that it takes me to a different tab to login instead of just moving forward within the same tab. I also feel limited as wanting to go back and request changes to past timesheets or to add/edit categories in the fields I'm tracking my time in - I have to go to a supervisor to add a field. It's a basic setup that works for what it needs to - which is simply tracking time. **Recommendations to others considering Time Tracker by eBillity:** Simplify features, combine them, or remove them **What problems is Time Tracker by eBillity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Realizing that there should be more categories within the organization. **Official Response from Morris S:** > Thanks for your feedback. No lags. **What do you dislike about Time Tracker by eBillity?** Ui and missing very basic features eg 1) Copy entries to all business day. 2) Monthly view to see your monthly stats 3) Reminder to fill timesheets Most of the time I end up overriding exsting timesheet and submitted them, need to warn users also some stat ui before submitting. The inability to associate projects with team members. 2. The inability to set login defaults per user. **Recommendations to others considering Time Tracker by eBillity:** Look elsewhere.
