"Reliable Time Tracking with Minimal Disruption"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I really like that Time Doctor reminds me to turn it on, and it does not bother my visual area. I also appreciate that it automatically records time and works even without the internet. The initial setup was quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

I think Time Doctor could improve by providing more reminders after breaks. It would be helpful to have alerts asking if I am back to work after taking a break. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

"Ease of Use for Time Tracking with Poor UI Experience"
4/5
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I like how Time Doctor makes it very easy to tell how many hours my virtual assistants have worked at the end of the week, simplifying the process of tracking hours worked. This feature also makes it easy for me to process payments as I can just pull the hours over to my payroll and make the payments. Additionally, the initial setup of Time Doctor was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

I think the user experience, the UX, and UI are poor and make it harder than it needs to be to understand where to go in the software to do certain things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi Bobby,

Thanks for taking the time to share this. We really appreciate the detail.

It’s great to hear Time Doctor is helping you stay on top of your team’s hours and making payroll simpler. That’s exactly the kind of clarity we aim to provide, especially when managing remote assistants.

That said, your feedback on the UI and overall experience is important. If it’s taking extra effort to find what you need, that’s something we need to improve. We’re actively working on making navigation more intuitive so you can get to the right data faster, without second-guessing where to click.

If you’re open to it, we’d love to understand which parts felt unclear or difficult to navigate. That kind of input helps us prioritise what to fix next.

Thanks again for sharing your experience. It helps us build a better product.

"Essential for Equipment Monitoring"
5/5
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I really like the screen recording feature of Time Doctor. Although it can slow down less powerful computers a bit, it is very helpful for seeing how tasks are actually executed. It not only serves to highlight errors, but also allows us to observe things that advisors think they are doing correctly when in reality they are doing them differently, which helps to correct them in operations. Additionally, I value the comprehensive and intuitive reports that Time Doctor offers, as they make data analysis and filtering easier. The initial setup was quite simple, allowing us to start working without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

On less powerful computers, it does slow down a bit when obviously recording the full screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi Fernando, thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.

We’re really glad to hear that screen recording and reporting are helping you spot process gaps and support your advisors more effectively. That visibility into how work actually gets done is exactly what we aim to provide so you can coach with clarity, not guesswork. It’s also great to know the setup was smooth and intuitive for your team.

We appreciate your honest feedback about performance on less powerful computers. Our team continues to improve optimization so Time Doctor runs as efficiently as possible across different environments.

Thanks again for trusting us to support your operations and team growth.

"Simple and Fast Once Learned, but Updates, Crashes, and Support Need Work"
3/5
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

It's a simple tool once you learn how to use it. It also lets you work with other apps at the same time without slowing down your PC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

Updates can sometimes be complicated to understand or finish. Also, the app occasionally crashes, and getting in touch with the help desk is next to impossible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi there,

"Insightful Reporting, But Sluggish Performance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

What I like most about Time Doctor is the type of reporting or the data it gives me. I'm able to drill down on separate individuals or teams, and it provides a lot of insights about their productivity, the sites they access, and everything else along those lines. Specifically, for my team, I find it helpful to track account occupancy or how busy people are actually working compared to their work hours or scheduled work hours. Instead of manually calculating account occupancy by multiplying the amount of tickets solved along with their average handling time, I just go to Time Doctor and check how available and busy they are by referencing their keyboard and mouse activities, which I use for their key performance indicator. It was also surprisingly very easy to set up the account, just by clicking reset password without even needing to look out for an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

I would say it's the slowness of loading multiple recordings or screencasts. Also, it's quite complicated to download it. I had to research from my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi Ly, thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.

We’re really glad to hear that the reporting and drill-down insights are helping you stay on top of team productivity and account occupancy. It’s great to know the activity data is saving you from manual calculations and making KPI tracking easier. We’ve worked hard to make setup simple as well, so it’s good to hear that part was smooth for you.

We also appreciate your honest feedback about loading speed for recordings and the download process. That’s valuable input, and we’ll make sure it’s shared with our product team. If you’re open to it, our support team would be happy to walk you through ways to speed things up or make downloads easier.

Thanks again for sharing your experience. We’re grateful to have you using Time Doctor.

"Efficient Yet Overwhelming Dashboard"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I like how Time Doctor makes it quick and easy to log timesheets for payroll. It captures information in real time, so I just log in and away I go. Adding people and setting them up is simple, just send them a link and they're good to go. It efficiently logs hours, avoiding the need to remember and manually log tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

There's a lot of info on the dashboard that I'm not really across or maybe even need. I'd like easy training or explanations, and quarterly reviews to see how things are going, what's used and what's not. I think it would be helpful to check in with an account manager to see what's helpful, what's not, clean up the dashboard, and work on figuring out what's needed and what’s not, along with any training that may be required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi Abi, Thanks for sharing your feedback.

We’re glad to hear Time Doctor is doing the heavy lifting for you by automating timesheets and making payroll processing faster and easier. It’s great to know it’s working quietly in the background and delivering exactly what you need.

We also appreciate the feedback around training. You’re right, there’s a lot of capability in the platform, and guided training can make a big difference. We’re continuing to improve how we support onboarding and education so teams can get more value without having to dig through help pages.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review and for using Time Doctor.

"Seamless, Non-Distracting Time Tracking Across Devices with Time Doctor"
5/5
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I like the ease with which I can update or start the timer on my iPhone or on my desktop computer seamlessly. And information is synced across my devices. I am an attorney and a lot of times I have to start and stop the task, but I also have to account for my time possibly later in support of an attorney fee motion, for example. I like that Time Doctor has recorded my time and I can access this and the dates and the details. A lot of times the timekeeping applications will require me to login or log out or stop the timer or start the timer in a way that interferes with the actual work that I’m doing and it’s very distracting. Of course Time Doctor requires me to login, but it doesn’t require me to login every time as if I were a new user as which is also distracting. I like that it allows me to edit time later and it has a degree of accountability Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

I wish there were a way to make our sync my Time Doctor entries to my timekeeping attorney software. I use mycase.com. What I do now is if I have to account for my attorney time and support of an attorney fee motion, I will access all my time use on Time Doctor and then I physically input each entry into mycase.com. I’m glad that I have a way to record time and details in a way that doesn’t actually distract what I’m doing. I am doing multiple multiple tasks at the same time and I haven’t really found any other computer application. That is easy to use such as Time Doctor and doesn’t require exorbitant to monthly fees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We really appreciate it.

It’s great to hear that Time Doctor helps you track time seamlessly across your iPhone and desktop without interrupting your workflow. For professionals like you who need accurate records for things like attorney fee motions, having reliable, synced data with timestamps and details isn’t just helpful, it’s essential. We’re glad Time Doctor supports that level of accountability without adding extra friction throughout the day.

We also love that you’re using Time Doctor as a daily and next-day to-do list. Being able to check tasks off and tie them directly to recorded time is a powerful way to stay organized while maintaining accurate documentation.

Regarding syncing with MyCase, thank you for calling that out. We understand how time-consuming manual entry can be, especially when you’re managing multiple matters. While we don’t currently have a native integration with MyCase, feedback like yours helps us prioritize future improvements. In the meantime, our team would be happy to explore whether there’s a workflow using exports or integrations that could reduce manual effort for you.

Thanks again for your thoughtful feedback and for trusting Time Doctor in your practice.

"Effective Agent Monitoring with Room for UI Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I find the screenshots in Time Doctor really helpful for capturing the work of the agents. The timestamps and actual screenshots are essential because they allow us to determine if we should coach the agent in utilizing their hours more productively or look into any issues captured during the screenshot time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Time Doctor?

I don't like how I have to check multiple places to see the actual log-in, break hours, and idle time. It's also not easy to log multiple schedules and multiple leaves. An interface that combines activity summary, attendance, and hours tracked in one place would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mina Park of Time Doctor

Hi Mona,

Thanks for sharing review. It is helpful to hear how you’re using Time Doctor.

Great to know the screenshots and timestamps are supporting your coaching process. That’s exactly where we see the most impact, helping managers understand what’s happening and step in with the right support.

On the UI and navigation, that’s fair feedback. We know jumping between views to piece together attendance, activity, and hours isn’t ideal. Bringing those insights into a more unified view is something we’re actively working toward.

Appreciate you calling this out. It helps us improve where it matters.

"Organize Your Time with Efficiency and Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Time Doctor?

I like that Time Doctor is a very organic and easy-to-use platform. It's easy to identify and see how much time is spent on each thing, which helps me organize my time and know what the daily tasks are. Additionally, it helps me know my level of activity on the computer, identify which pages I should use and which are neutral, keeping me focused. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, both on the browser and the computer, since I use Windows and Mac and it was very easy on both. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
