This tool helps me keep track of my hours when clocking in and out. I find it easy to view my total hours and transfer them to Gusto.

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

Every time I call in, the staff are always genuinely happy to help. They are so friendly and easy to connect with. During dead air times, when I was waiting for things to load, the staff conversed with me about all sorts of great topics. She was funny and eager to explain without making me feel dumb. She helped me work through payroll reports and project reports as well as brainstormed "work arounds" for separating payroll and overtime in different territories. Time Clock Wizard always has an answer and if by chance they don't, you can request that they add or change things. I've been with Time Clock Wizard for almost a year now and I can say they are always improving and responding to customer recommendations extremely fast.

Time Clock Wizard always has an answer and if by chance they don't, you can request that they add or change things. We are currently using the software to track and schedule our projects and after ironing out a few items it is working perfectly.

**What problems is Time Clock Wizard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time Clock Wizard does what it's designed to do and does it very well. It doesn't overcomplicate anything. It keeps the features simple but versatile. I can keep my employees time and also verify their location when the clock in/ out. They can leave me notes about their timesheets, see their past time sheets. They can clock in even when service is bad, although it won't show on my end until they get phone service again - that's awesome. Tracking timesheets this way means that all time is kept digitally in a way that's simple to run reports, export, and communicate with other softwares (like accounting or payroll programs).

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

Using Time Clock Wizard allows my staff an easy way to sign in and out from a clients home, allowing them to put notes in for what they helped with that day. I can look on the GPS to make sure where they are, if necessary. Customer service is fantastic, very knowledgeable and courteous. And the application is very simple to use!

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

There was an issue where I could not figure it out on my own. I called their support staff and worked with one of their support, she was amazing. She and her team were able to solve and correct the problem, she returned calls as promised and was a delight to work with. 

**Recommendations to others considering Time Clock Wizard:**

Definitely recommend this to every business. Every time I call them for support, they always do a great job of resolving the issue. The online customer service is fantastic. Stayed though the whole process - means a lot. Thank you Time Clock Wizard!

The Time Clock Wizard app has been extremely helpful in making the business much more efficient in the way we track customer projects and time. The application allows you to invoice directly from the time sheets. Even time tracking through the mobile app makes it so easy to keep up with tracking billable and non-billable time. Also, the Time Clock Wizard customer support has been very friendly and efficient in helping out with integration and implementation issues that have arisen. They help resolve any problems we encounter with the application. Time Clock Wizard's amazing!

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

Converting my payroll and tracking my employees with Time Clock Wizard has proven to be one of the best decisions I have ever made this time. The staff walked me through and was an excellent support during the on boarding process, everyone has been on point providing support. Great people and a great platform! #TimeClockWizard

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

So far, I had an issue with exporting an employees time due to some changes. Could not figure out on my own. The problems I had encountered was easily helped. It was resolved in a way helpful and supportive way. I was chatting with one of their customer support staff online and she was very supportive. I'm ready to process payroll now! Thank you, Time Clock Wizard!

Time Clock Wizard regularly increases me and my employees' efficiency and today after a great bit of assistance from, I thought I should give a review. It's really all about integrations and syncing. I love it.

Transitioning from paper timecards to Time Clock Wizard has saved our team so much time, for the employees to enter/add their time, management audit & approving, and even with uploading my payroll process! Customer support staff has been extremely helpful whenever I needed assistance! Time Clock Wizard helps us process payroll quickly and efficiently.

It automatically adds up your time and also tracks time off and time off requests.

That you have to email the admin to fix errors.  Should be able to fix your own mistakes.  If the computer is down you can't clock in.

Much more modern than "punching in".  Convenient to use and monitors late clock-ins and encourages people to be on time.

Payroll is easier for HR and time off / vacation days are put on the calendar.

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

Time Clock Wizard has really simplified the payroll process for my clients. Like magic, all the reports appear, and what used to take hours can now be done in just a few minutes. All the employees love it too, they know they get paid for every minute.

I have not fully utilized Time Clock Wizard, so my cons may be due to my lack of experience or understanding. But, overall, I believe the product is beneficial and works reasonably well, it just takes a bit of getting used to the format and reports.

**Recommendations to others considering Time Clock Wizard:**

I can't believe we didn't sign up earlier! This is such a great and easy app. Customer service is wonderful as well! And this app has safe guarded my clients against time fraud. Helps with time tracking of time spent on clients!

Best time tracker I know of. An app that works great with an excellent team backing it up. I have had nothing but excellent customer service each and every time I have called. The agents are always quick to help and very knowledgeable.

I have called 3 times to Time Clock Wizard for some help with set up. The last represntative I talked with was extremly helpful! Our company has loved the switch to Time Clock Wizard and would recommend to any small business.

I'm not a technical person. However, this experience flow well for me to get set up and use Time Clock Wizard for my business.

Hands down the best tech support in the industry! Have worked with their agents, they were excellent at figuring out the issues and helping me resolve it. I would highly recommend Time Clock Wizard to any small business!

I discovered how easy it was to manage employee PTO and how easy it is to transfer employee info as needed. Really appreciated the option to have a representative call me and walk me through setup. Makes the process really easy!

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

Easy, Easy set-up and simple user interface. Most of our freelancers are either remote or out of Country so it's hard to "check-in". As well as if they are onsite with a customer, you can use this on a tablet or phone so your time and work is notated. Go one step further and by using a shared work space not only can you see that they're online, but gone are the days of "I forgot to log my time etc "because as an admin" Time clock wizard will not forget thus I can adjust what I need to before it goes to payroll.

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

I guess the only thing I can really find as being a negative. if I set up X hours for employees, some may need only 10 hours a week and others may need 40 hours a week, so I say  "no overtime"  but since I do not see the reports, I cannot see exactly how that is brought to our attention because I have indeed paid overtime in a few instances and I do not recall ever having this confirmed as being ok or not?

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

One of the functions that has made my life easier is the ability to copy the list of projects you've worked on in previous weeks instead of having to search and locate each again individually. I work for a company that has hundreds of ongoing projects/categories that we track our hours to and there will be weeks/months at a time that I am working on the same 5 or 10, so being able to quickly populate my most recently used categories makes it quick and less burdensome to track my time

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

so far, I haven't experienced a lot of cons to this product, but I do prefer a very simplified viewer, and sometimes the interface feels too busy for me. But, its easy to navigate and find what you need, so even with more going on than I need, I am able to use the functions I need and tune out other things.

**Recommendations to others considering Time Clock Wizard:**

We used to track our time on a spreadsheet that was tedious and time consuming, and a bear for our manager to compile and log at the end of each pay period. This saves everyone time and energy, and also allows us all to be more accurate logging our time because it is easier, and we won't put it off until the end of the week etc.

This has been a great product for our timekeeping.

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

The GPS tracking services is a standout among other services. We'd like to have a geo-fence option as well. Scheduling is simple and I haven't found another vendor that makes project scheduling and job notes so simple. The only additional feature we're now looking for now is to incorporate work order forms on to our technicians tablets so paperwork is in the cloud and invoicing can be faster.

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

At times, the Time Clock wizard GPS lags for our employees so I don't know when they actually left our office. For instance, I see a GPS dot that is an hour behind with no other information as to my employee's current location.

**Recommendations to others considering Time Clock Wizard:**

I needed to simplify our managers current time sheet review process. Today she helped me find three ways to customize reporting depending on what we're looking for. She's simply a reporting Ninja! I should have made this call months ago. Thank you!

Lightning-fast and always cheerful customer service, excellent follow-up. Aesthetic design. Quickbooks integration. Responsive to feature requests. Reports. Mapping. App and desktop integration and sync.

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

Some of the features are still a little clunky (customer selection in desktop scheduling and reports), and I would love to be able to tab-and-type all the way through, rather than using mouse clicks for time and customers. The "notify employee" that pops up when publishing a shift would save a lot of time and bother if it was a checkbox just above the "publish" button.  "Search" in timesheets is very limited. But none of these are deal-breakers, and I imagine Time Clock Wizard  will address them eventually.

We've been using Time Clock Wizard for a few years now, and the scheduling for nearly a year, and we are fans! I called the customer service agent this morning and received top-notch customer support to resolve my issues

The thing I love about Time Clock Wizard is that it is intuitive and user friendly but having the opportunity to have a session with a live person to show me any of the functions that I might be missing is an excellent bonus!

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

The overall initial setup was more time consuming and it took quite some time to ensure we had the system optimally configured for our requirements. But other than that, we haven't encountered any serious problems with the app.

We've been using Time Clock Wizard for almost a year now and so far we don't have any complaints about anything! The support staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with every time I call or chat online. Good job, Time Clock Wizard!

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

Time clock wizard is mobile-friendly and easy to use for every member of our team on iPhone and/or Android devices. It integrates with Quickbooks Online which is helpful to us, and is customizable in the moment for cases when syncing of data hasn't happened, and our field reps need to track time immediately. Super-user-friendly desktop interface for office staff  - I can easily switch clients or manually update time entries for field reps when they've forgotten to switch customers or clock in. Time clock wizard also sends weekly tips in time tracking and office management, and provides reports on time tracking weekly - both helpful; I read all their emails thoroughly.

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

No automatic Quickbooks Online integration (have to click a daily button which isn't difficult, but would be nice to be automatic).

It helps me and my accountant work my payroll.

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

Tracking employee hours and time spent on different projects. This is such a money saving tool. Also makes the employees feel safe that their hours are being tracked correctly, and makes me feel good knowing they are where they say they are. In the first day alone using the app I discovered a 3 man crew drove and took two "breaks" on company time and gas. In the day alone I saved almost. Also, you can work from your phone as an admin too.

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

I understand this is a time sheet program, but I wish it had a work order section. I really enjoy working with the company, and it would be nice to have that extra feature. I do appreciate the fact that they offer as many integrated ways already to make it a job tracker which I can make into work orders.

**Recommendations to others considering Time Clock Wizard:**

After 16 years of running my business, I was about to throw in the towel and I started to open an Indeed account to go work for someone else. This past year of owning my business I noticed there was a lack of performance, and it was starting to impact my profits. Slowly, I began to think I was not doing my job correctly, which is craziness since I have been successful at this for 16 years. This is when I found Quickbooks suggesting Time Clock Wizard, and possibly could have saved my business. I am within my first week of my free  trial. Let me say Time Clock Wizard has spent hours helping me directly on Screen Sharing and on the phone every single time I need help. They have not directed me to outside sources to get me up and running. I learn best with hands on explaining. Their staff is amazing. Today alone representative spent time helping me organize my jobs and getting my timesheets set up properly. He was so kind in being patient with me too.

I've only had to contact Time Clock Wizard support for help a few times, but they've always been super friendly and helpful. Time Clock Wizard phone and chat customer service is the best I've ever experienced, always responsive, pleasant, efficient and successful.

I feel like this product could really use a lot of work for people who need to schedule just time slots without all of the required information.

This product is amazingly helpful for running any size of business. Time Clock Wizard makes it extremely easy to keep track of your employees hours, and locations when on the clock.

Time Clock Wizard makes it so much simpler to track time, for both employees and employers. Knowledgeable staff, he knew what he was talking about when he was guiding me through the setup and neat features of this app.

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

We love the ease of use and the ability easily clock in and out wherever you are. We also love that the schedule will send a reminder to me and my members. And, the Customer Support, especially, is super friendly and patient. They're very straightforward in helping us solve our problems and questions.

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

When we first bought and setup Time Clock Wizard, it was already under-powered for what we wanted it to do. In Time Clock Wizard's defense, it might have been because of a poor insight on my company's part rather than the application itself. But we ended up compromising to a much larger scale solution very quickly. Although, part of the scheduling is really nice, I love that it sends shift reminders to me and my members, the schedule is not searchable like Google Calendar.

**What problems is Time Clock Wizard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been tracking our time on excel spreadsheets and having to do manual edits for our company. Time Clock Wizard simplifies our time entries and provides a more detailed time accounting. My employees and I love the super easy use of a smartphone app to clock in/out. Good job, Time Clock Wizard!

User-friendly - Affordable - More than sufficient functionality to handle our small business (3 employees) time tracking and work scheduling needs - Great customer service (including on Sunday's when learning how to use and submitting first couple of payrolls, linking with Intuit Online Payroll)

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

Only limitation (wish list item) that we've found is limited to single hourly rate for all jobs (job functions, activities). I, for example, am responsible for a variety of administrative and clinical duties as the Business/HR Manager and Therapist, which Time Clock Wizard has helped me to better track time spent between these various duties, and left me wondering if we might utilize a "mixed hourly rate" approach in the future

**Recommendations to others considering Time Clock Wizard:**

Like other Intuit products (e.g., QuickBooks Online, TurboTax), hits the "sweet spot" of ease of use, afford-ability, and functionality--much more so than competing products which I had limited time and ability to review. Also greatly appreciate being able to use immediately, rather than having to schedule a series of demonstration and implementation calls which other HR software/vendors require, making it difficult to evaluate quickly and simply, and cancel or choose another product easily. Time clock wizard is easy enough to use, with customer support always a convenient phone call away, for the 30-day "no hassle" trial period that one can truly evaluate it quickly and painlessly.

It is great app for tracking you time while out of office or in your desk. Simple reporting allows you to print your week end details in a snap.

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

Anytime we have come up against something that was not working correctly or hoped to have customized for our company, the TCW team was able to accommodate it, usually within a day. Amazing customer care! The Time Clock Wizard system makes hourly tracking so easy and you can quickly determine where the staff were during the day and when they logged out.

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

Only thing is that GPS does not track the arrival time since cannot start until person logs into Time clock wizard. Staff that are late say they forgot to log in. It would be good to have an option so we could track as per the scheduled start time for each employee, of course, this would only apply to the staff that have company cell phones or for anyone that is compensated for the data that is required to leave their location services on.

**Recommendations to others considering Time Clock Wizard:**

I was attempting to set up an automated break for all staff that would occur for 30 minutes in each five hour work period. I could not get it to work so emailed my request. Customer service representative sent me an email and asked me some questions. He then followed up with me the next day, but I was not available to take his call. When I called back, I had the best, professionally customer service experience. From the person that initially answered the phone, through to the complete conversation with Customer service representative, exceptional service; when on hold while attempting to connect me with Chris, the person came back after one minute to apologize for leaving me on hold and let me know she was still trying to connect with Chris, stopped anytime I spoke and listened to what I had to say without interrupting and so on. Customer service representative reviewed my requirements and advised, he would speak to the techs and see what they could do for us. It has been a long time since I experience this amazing customer service. By the very next day the automated breaks worked perfectly. When I spoke to my associates, they commented that they were also very impressed with the customer service and sincere interest in resolving their issues in a timely manner, anytime they called.

Time clock wizard allows us to accurately track time for employees that work offsite and holding the employees accountable to their time and their location.

After trying out several other programs, we realized Time Clock Wizard had just about everything we needed! I have to say, they have THE BEST customer support I have ever come across. Hands down! Customer Support is friendly and patient and so knowledgeable. They're able to quickly solve our problems and answer any questions that arise.

So far, we haven't had any serious issues. And, the customer support staff are always there to guide and support my team in walking us through if we were to experience any issues.

Time Clock Wizard not only makes our payroll process extremely easy and efficient but the customer service is phenomenal! Their customer service support is by far the best I have ever experienced with an online application.

The staff just walked me through fixing several of my concerns. Time Clock Wizard consistently provides the best instant and friendly customer service my company and I have experienced so far.

Easy to use, great hand holding service for set up and walk through. Very high level of detail available. Love the GPS locator and check-in, knowing who is working and who isn't. Being able to do Vendor and Employees easily without there being a conflict of name types. Scheduling is pretty good, though i haven't spent much time here and I don't have a huge need for it. Had great customer service with ( SS1 ).

I don't like how the browser window expands to the right and you have to scroll to get the entire window for the various pages. Though i do like that it is centralized and you dont have to go to a new window or new tab, that it is all in one place.

I am new to TCW  but so far I like everything I know about it. I think it will shorten my time with payroll and our sales department likes being able to schedule jobs and having our employees being able to see their schedule by logging into TCW  remotely.

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

What I liked the least was the inability for anyone except admin to sync between Time Clock Wizard and QuickBooks. The support team fixed that problem for us by showing me how to manually add a customer into Time Clock Wizard. That way our sales team can enter a new customer into QB's, manually enter the customer into TCW and are able to service that customer without admin having to be here to make the sync right away.

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

Our company is unique in that everyone works remotely and we have a mix of independent contractors and employees. Time Clock Wizard allows us to see who is working, which accounts they are working on and whether it is IC or employee time. We also can run reports based on projects (in our case our customers), payroll reports on each person and scheduled time vs worked time. The Time Clock Wizard reports are a huge asset in determining profitability on accounts as well. The support from Time Clock Wizard is excellent. Every person that I have talked to is knowledgeable and friendly. They really go out of their way to make you feel valued.

Everything is excellent. I have not had one complain in working with Time Clock Wizard. In fact, I recommend them to everyone.

I like the lockout import function is has with Quickbooks and the ability to manage clients Time clock wizard accounts from within your own

The approval reports provided on their website is terrible. There's an export to  csv capability, but it provides too many unnecessary columns. If you do find time that needs to be adjusted, you then have to go back into Time clock wizard terrible reports to find the time to be adjusted. It'd be great to see improvement in this area of the program.

Time clock wizard has been great for our firm and our client's. The software has capabilities to hop into clients Time clock wizard accounts and assist them in time activities, approvals, exports, or anything of the sort they may get hung up on.

Schedule - Color coding departments/employees, Easy to see PTO on scheduled days PTO - Requesting PTO is a breeze with the app, and the website makes it super easy to see on the schedule App - It's great to have the clock in/out ability at my finger tips.

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

Schedule/PTO - when someone requests, they have to be manually removed from the schedule. It would be nice if they would work together and when PTO is approved or manually put it, it would automatically pull them off the schedule. App/Website/Kiosks - I have trouble with my employees who will sometimes check in on their phone and clock out at the kiosk or on the website. It doesn't always sync and I have to correct time sheets semi-regularly.

It's incredibly user friendly. Our company needs are very lengthy, but no matter what we've thrown at them... they have catered to us and made it work! Time Clock Wizard is a user friendly and has thereby made it intuitive to use. As administrator, I have had it very easy introducing staffs to Time Clock Wizard. We use Time Clock Wizard in my team to automatically clock-in staffs based on their present location, thus reducing the amount of workload on every employee when they resume at work.

It is very portable with the mobile app and it is very easy to use. It allows you to assign quick notes to remind yourself later, what it was that you were doing for that customer as well.

I guess I would have to mention that the browser app, the google add-on app, and the mobile app are all a little bit different. Each one performs the same general functions, but they all do them in a little different ways. It can be a little bit annoying to remember how to run each app separately.

As an administrator of our company, there isn't a lot to complain about. Time Clock Wizard does what it is supposed to do. Love what I've seen so far,  it's super user-friendly. Other than a few troubles, so far it's been smooth.

I've heard very few complaints from employees or managers. Main ones were related to the app and not having the latest update installed on their phones, or the customer service side is a little slow but other than that the program is great.

Ease-of-use and interface are so simple.Customer rep helped me out by showing me some buttons that let me make changes without having to constantly ask the Time clock wizard support team for help! I have never had a negative customer service experience with Time clock wizard if anything, service gets better and better as time goes on!!

There are bugs in the app software whenever it gets updated, but that is something their tech team is always working hard to fix and stay on top of, so it's typically not a problem for very long.

Time Clock Wizard helps us track our very detailed labor job costing with our accounting system . Their support is always very helpful and friendly. At times being a third-party app causes disconnects with others' updates, but the resolution is always very easy for their support to resolve and get us back online.

Very, very little. If anything, another level of assigning " billable - yes or no " could be useful for us, but hardly a deal-breaker.

Highly recommend using Time Clock Wizard for desktop or mobile time keeping and it syncs well with QuickBooks. Don't be intimidated by adding a third-party app, especially this one, to make your time clock, employee reporting detail or payroll detail more robust.

After all the difficulties of manually keeping track of time spent on my clients' projects for billing purposes, I came across Time Clock Wizard. It was a major relief! I've been using Time Clock Wizard for almost a year now. It's easy to use and anytime I have a question, the support team is quick to answer. The support I got in contact with was really helpful!

When importing time to QB we need to be able to choose the beginning date of the pay period and the end date of the pay period. Otherwise we have to call Time Clock Wizard support every payroll in order for them to lock anytime after the pay period that was already approved in order to sync the time to QB. We have to approve time everyday in order to upload the time to another program we have in order to invoice out customers.

If you're trying to track the cost of a job (or multiple jobs) and want a GPS location for clocking in/out, this is perfect. You can customize all aspects on payroll, categories, jobs and make it work for you! We can keep track of the guys that are leaving the job site but not clocking out. If we inquire what job they went to after leaving the job they were on because Time Clock Wizard shows they didn't clock out they usually fess up and just say they forgot clock out when they left so they did it later. Then the bookkeeper can go in and change to the correct sign out time and we aren't paying for hours that weren't worked. Time Clock Wizard  keeps everyone honest.

Costs a little more then some of the other time tracking software's but its worth every penny.

We are unbelievably impressed with the Customer Support we received in each call. Each agent we spoke to was not only very knowledgeable but incredibly kind and patient as well. We love that our timekeepers can add their daily hours to the timesheet in real time and with such ease!

I encountered some troubles, but don't worry if you don't get it all the first few times. Their chat support techs are the BEST!

I absolutely can't believe how simple, quick and easy it was to follow the direction of the staff as she guided me through every process.  She was very patient and kind which is incredible, especially when you yourself are frustrated.

I had encountered very few problems but they were very accommodating and helped me fixed them!

Very impressed of Time Clock Wizard! Helpful that employees are able to correct entries and employer gets notified. Chat is amazing and the staff were super helpful! I have been using Time Clock Wizard for over a year now and I haven't encountered any problems yet, definitely recommend it!

No matter who I call, I always get great customer service and the functionality of the program is FANTASTIC and makes my job as the Office Manager so much easier! It's very convenient to use!

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

Ease of entry, multiple approval processes, mobile entry, GPS time stamping, audit trail, and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I'm working with their support multiple times per week as I set this up for clients and have never had better help with any software. So much good here.

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

Honestly, nothing yet. Unapproving time is a little tedious, but it is in most software's and Time clock wizard walked me through the whole thing. It was relatively painless.

**What do you like best about Time Clock Wizard?**

use this software as employee to track my times at the office. The software is very easy to use, it allows you to see the hours that you´ve worked in an organized time card with the dates, start and end hours and the duration of your shift. The software is very useful in order to track your next payment because it calculate it according to the hours worked. I know it has an schedule feature but I haven´t used it so far. For me the program is easy to understand and it is a practical software to track your hours and payment.

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

Your PC needs to be on and running to punch in. Ie: My employees were often punching in later than their actual time because they were waiting for system start up, or windows updates. We ended up having to go to a stand alone time clock since we were victims of bad internet connections in our office. We are at the end of the internet circuit and lost several channels. Now that the internet is fixed I would not hesitate going back to this once the stand alone time clock outlives it usefulness.

The system is pretty reliable and fairly easy to teach and use, but we don't use some of the functions because they aren't immediately easy for our staff.

That I can always get the answers to my questions quickly and from very friendly people.The representative was a great help.He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions.I am a person who would rather talk in person but  TCW (Time Clock Wizard) makes it so easy to just message them to get the answers you need.

I can't think of any at the moment. Every time I have needed assistance it has been easy to get help.

Great for tracking hours for project reports -Offers a punch in/out for employees -Easy to add time manually Reports are easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Time Clock Wizard?**

Duplicate addresses are a problem if you're not careful (meaning if you add ave to the same address/street and second time you add avenue, it will create a separate address) Must make sure that if you manually add time, that it's put in the correct week and worker. -Must manually choose addresses for reports. There is not a search option.

Time tracking and employee break times.

Ease and the support. Help-sheets, videos, and the live support are all great. The ap. and the desktop are both easy to use. The learning curve is pretty fast, and if you don't understand their support system are super helpful.

Learning new habits, but once you do, your life will be so much more efficient! Really no cons to the program,due to the fact that if you can't figure it out, they will show you how.

The ease of use for my employees, and the accuracy of the time tracking. Pulling reports is a breeze and working with the online support team has always been helpful and pleasant. The time tracking app is very easy to use.

If you forget to reload the page after a couple hours and you do a clock in or clock out it doesn´t work so you need to remember to always reload the page in order to be able to perform any action (this is in the case that you left the page always open in your computer). Also, if it takes times for the computer to turn on, your clock-in time isn't 100% accurate.

No harm in trying it.

Automating the clock-in/clock/out process. It is a more seamless process with fewer errors.
