Time a Job is a flat-rate time tracking and invoicing platform for freelancers, independent consultants, and small agencies. One predictable monthly price includes every feature — no usage fees, no per-seat surprises. Live time entry tracks billable hours in real time with clear project and rate details. AI-powered receipt scanning pulls vendor, amount, and category straight from a photo. Smart invoice reminders follow up on overdue invoices based on a client's payment history, project budget caps stop time logging once a project hits its spending limit, and a full activity log tracks every change made to clients, projects, invoices, and expenses.
