These are then distributed to an organization&#39;s targeted audience to conduct market research or solicit feedback and opinions. For businesses, survey software products provide insight into participants&#39; opinions of events, projects, customer service, or other aspects of their business. Surveys are most often delivered via email blasts or as pop-ups on a company&#39;s site.
