It covers the workflow from the first concept to a shoot-ready plan: concept development, creatives, shot lists, storyboards, shooting schedules and call sheets in one place, so teams stop moving the same information between documents, spreadsheets and whiteboards. Projects are organised by brand and client, with a brand profile that holds tone of voice, messaging and audience so every concept stays on brand. A creative is broken into segments and shots, each with action, on-screen text, dialogue, cast, location, camera setup and duration. Alternative angles can be attached to any master shot for A/B versions, and shot durations roll up automatically so the runtime always matches the brief. Shot lists can be viewed as a timeline, a script or a list of required props and elements, and exported as PDF or shared as a link. The shooting schedule turns those shots into shoot days with blocks, breaks, travel between locations, weather and daylight data. Call sheets are generated from the schedule and shared by link or email; recipients confirm or decline without creating an account. Equipment lists, kits and cross-project conflict checks prevent double-booked gear. A review section collects feedback on images and cuts with drawn annotations, timecodes and safe-zone overlays for 9:16 social formats. Tilly AI assists throughout: it drafts concepts, shot lists and schedules from a brief, matches cast and locations from your own database, and generates reference images per shot. Teams in regulated industries can switch their workspace to a fully EU-hosted AI model with zero data retention. A workspace that covers all areas and is powered by Tilly AI. Working perfomance on TillyGen is very fast. A very clear user interface, UI/UX well-organised and easy to navigate. TillyGen allows integration using the API (REST) Interface to many other software tools. TillyGen offers several subscription plans and is very reasonably priced. My experience with support was very good, quick and friendly. For the Enterprise version is a premium support and a personal on-boarding offered. **What do you dislike about TillyGen?** I haven’t found anything bad so far. Take your time for the beginning. Most of it is self-explanatory. But you can also just ask Tilly AI. It works really well. **What problems is TillyGen solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves time – and therefore costs – for a film production company, social media agency or advertising agency. And by a huge margin. But perhaps most importantly, it is a workspace that encompasses all areas of film production, and these can be accessed and edited by the whole team – and by the client if required – via desktop, iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch.
