**What do you like best about Tilde.AI?**

I find Tilde.AI indispensable for translating high-volume technical documentation accurately, especially with European dialects, thanks to its ability to integrate our own glossaries and streamline the localization workflow, reducing turnaround time by 40%. I appreciate the peace of mind from Tilde adhering to European security standards and GDPR, easing concerns about data privacy. The support timing aligns with our work hours, which means I don't have to wait long for assistance. The Enterprise Assistant feature is another highlight, letting us quickly access indexed internal documentation within tools like Confluence and Google Drive while integrating smoothly with Microsoft Teams. Tilde.AI has also improved our translation quality and workflow control compared to previous solutions, and I find the No-code Builder quite intuitive for setting up bots without needing to rely heavily on the dev team. Overall, it's been a game-changer for our processes.

**What do you dislike about Tilde.AI?**

If I were to pick some nits, I think the initial setup of the dialogue trees was a tad more involved than I initially anticipated. There's a bit of learning curve in figuring out how the bot will respond to very specific messy customer queries. I would have appreciated even more sophisticated 'Monday morning reporting' functionality that gave us a quick look at exactly what the bot processed over the weekend so we could jumpstart the week even faster.

**What problems is Tilde.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use Tilde.AI for translating technical documents accurately, supporting European dialects, and integrating custom glossaries. It reduces turnaround time by 40% and solves 'knowledge silo' issues by creating an internal assistant for easy access to policy information.
