**What do you like best about Tikkit?**

Tikkit is easy-to-use maintenance management software. You can use this software on your cellphone as well. Creating and completing the request is easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Tikkit?**

Some user-friendly features such as dragging the picture via mouse to the work order rather than inserting the picture via folder directly and notification or escalating of work-orders which are overdue.

**What problems is Tikkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great software for maintenance management. It effectively replaces paper-based method.
