Tikivio is a help desk and ticketing application for small and medium support teams, IT service providers and agencies. Every request, whether it is sent by email to your existing support address, through the help widget on your website or logged from a phone call, becomes a numbered ticket with an owner. Shared inbox: connect your existing support mailbox (IMAP and SMTP). Replies leave from your own address, and customer replies thread back to the right ticket. End customers: group requesters by company, share tickets with their colleagues, and let them follow their requests on your customer portal. Through the website widget they can send and follow requests without creating an account. Planned interventions: turn a ticket into a dated task and organise your technicians' week in a drag-and-drop calendar. Service levels: first-response and resolution targets in business hours, manual or automatic escalation on three levels, alerts before deadlines. Full history: messages, attachments and internal notes, filed by end customer. French and English for agents and requesters. Pricing is a flat monthly price per organisation, not per agent. 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and a free plan with reduced limits.
