## Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One Reviews
  ### 1. Powerful All-in-One Customer Database for Quotes, Sales Tracking, and Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew W. | Sales Administration Support, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

I like that you can maintain a complete database of all your customers and their accounts indefinitely, which is especially valuable from an archival perspective. You can also generate quotes, reports, lists, and opportunities, track sales, and convert quotes into service orders, so everything stays in one unified system that an entire organization can use. Most of the time it works well and I don’t run into performance issues, and I appreciate being able to open multiple account tabs to view several customer profiles at once. It also places buttons for the main functions across the top of the page, which makes it easy to find the specific information I need within each account.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

It took me several months to learn how to use it properly, and even now I’m still discovering new things. There is a lot to learn about this product. Another issue is that it’s very difficult to delete accounts or documentation you’ve created, so mistakes can end up being “stuck” unless you have admin-level access. Also, some functions lock up if someone else is viewing the same information at the same time. Overall, I find it to be a very particular program, and you really have to approach it the way it wants to be approached.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us keep customer information, opportunities, quotes, and past actions all in one place. We can simply direct other people in the company to an account or service number, and they can quickly find exactly what we’re referring to. It’s also fairly straightforward to build quotes once you understand how it works, and you can print them or download a PDF to edit.

  ### 5. Clunky Do-It-All Product In Need of an Overhaul

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Tigerpaw clearly has a rich history of listening to its client's needs. The features it has and the areas it touches, this product clearly grew to meet the needs of the teams it was supporting.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

It is important to note what kinds of teams this product has supported in the past: Copier Companies.
Certainly not the only vertical they served but is far and away the one who held the most sway. While Tigerpaw is trying to modernize and expand its reach with the 'One' overhaul, it is not enough to cover the clunky, tacked-on feature list that it totes.

Each feature feels added rather than baked in, and that directly translates to how unintuitive the GUI is to get around.
It is not optimized related to the human task you are trying to accomplish, rather there is a central basic ticket system and any interaction outside of it requires a winding path to produce results.

Much of this might be forgivable if the base ticket system was good, but unfortunately, this part of the program has been untouched all these years and remains as one of the worst pieces of the product.
It lacks any of the flexibility or advanced features such as CC'ing additional contacts, dynamic response fields, and a very poor email integration which discourages back-and-forth communication in favor of completely flat text boxes of information.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

External communication was the main issue we were attempting to solve between us and our clients and this was, unfortunately, the most frustrating part of the product.
There were many attractive integrations mentioned, however many of these were found to be defunct/not recently updated and therefore limited in feature set or outright broken.

  ### 6. Company has no ethics trippled my price on renewal

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

I have been using this product for over 15 years. I purchased it as a perpetual license and paid support. A few years ago, Tigerpaw decided they wanted to be a SaaS product, which they are not. They forced us into a per-user pricing model and gave us a "loyalty" discount. With the discount applied we were paying more than our typical support but not much more. Two years later, when they send a renewal quote, the pricing is now 3x more. Our company still hosts the application; we maintain the servers, bandwidth, and application in-house. They told me their price was not competitive with the market, and this is why they tripled it. Two months before we need to renew. This is not a SaaS product its old technology they want to sell as a SaaS product.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

The product demo is great, but most of the system isn't functional in the way they represent it. The marketing, emailing, etc., doesn't work; every time we try, it crashes the application, so we moved on to a functional marketing tool. Its a clunky product that appears to be fully integrated but you have to click through 10 screens to see the data you are looking for. It is not web-based; you need an RDP application to dial into it remotely. The app for technicians is limited. I would stay as far away from this company as possible or they may extort you by tripling your price as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

Don't

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We bought it for business operations but since it doesn't really do that well we have had to build our own tools over time.

  ### 7. Tigerpaw as crm

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Best feature is being able to see the group calendar of other coworkers. It's very useful when you are trying to shecule calls with your customer and engineer

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

It does everything pretty well but doesnt do it excellent like salesforce. There is a tendency for the app to freeze and does not sync info very quickly

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me time to sync calls with my engineer and potential customer. Once you know the shortcut it's a very good product

  ### 8. TigerPaw

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

I like the ability to email service orders directly from Tigerpaw.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

I dislike the lock feature if someone else has another Service Order open. If that person accidentally has it up on their screen and leaves, you’re unable to edit it.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love being able to filter through the Service Orders to find out which have been done and which ones need to be billed.

  ### 9. Tools for every aspect of your business. But you're buying more than just software here.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jan N. | Database Administrator, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

I love Tigerpaw's people the best. They are truly passionate about bringing you the best product, and making sure that you succeed, whatever it takes. Every interaction I have had with someone has been genuinely amazing: professional, knowledgeable, kind, friendly. In (two) words: Outstanding People.

The software? Powerful and robust database. Tigerpaw has many valuable features for every aspect of your business, including sales, service, billing, and integration with accounting apps like SDA, Quickbooks and secure processing like BNG. I love that Tigerpaw values historical data, not allowing us to delete certain critical data.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Reports. We need to be able to make our own queries and create reports that are meaningful to us. The report options in Tigerpaw are limited and not (easily) editable.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

All databases depend on accurate data, and process to prevent user errors. Take advantage of the training available on the academy. Require your staff to learn and understand! Hire Tigerpaw to train your people if necessary, but learn first so you have faster success.

Remember, Tigerpaw has web applications, and Mobile applications, too!!

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have audit trails for our transactions. We can easily move from document to related document (ie quote/service order/invoice). Processes become more streamlined due to the natural flow of the software.

  ### 10. Tigerpaw now and then

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Central management. I am a Project Manager so I rely heavily on the Project module of Tigerpaw to oversee, manage, execute, and close out various projects from small to enterprise size clients.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Use and understanding of how to use features i.e. workflow notifications, or task notifications specific to a particular need or requirement.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUI changes, and feature requests. The overall functionality of Tigerpaw has grown over the last 15 years I've been using their product and look forward to more updates/changes for the better in future releases.

  ### 11. Complete Business Software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy V. | Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2019

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Tigerpaw is a useful software package because it manages our whole business with the exception of the Accounting end. However, there is a link to automatically export that information to Quickbooks and it works well. There are so many features, sometimes it is hard to know where to look for them, but once you get past the learning curve, it does a great job of tracking our business data for our service business. The scheduling it great for a group of technicians.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Tigerpaw does have bugs in the software that do not seem to get fixed quickly. Sometimes it will crash if you click on too many things too fast and feature requests don't get addressed very quickly. Their mobile app is useful, but not great. You can however access customer information and update tickets in the field, which is nice.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

If your primary business isn't service, I would look elsewhere. It does service, inventory, and contracts really well so you don't forget things or miss billing.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run our whole business through it. We are a small business and it works great for that. It tracks the work we do for customers and invoices it easily. Inventory tracking is something we never really did before Tigerpaw, but now we do quite easily.

  ### 12. Tiger Paw: Classic well performing Client Server CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enrique V. | Senior Database Administrator, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

The compiled Tiger Paw code will run so fast as your client server corporate network will allow. The desktop interface presents an instantly loaded whole window to the end users. There is no need to wait for windows components to load. It’s an ergonomic classic design that allow you to interact without navigating to child windows. The system works independently of your enterprise internet speed or accessibility. The system database a is whole MS SQL server self-container that you could be migrated easily from one server to another without any effort. It runs well in physical and virtualized servers.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

There is not a resource file to switch to Other language than English. In Latin America for instance not all users are capable to read in English.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

Consider to use Tiger Paw for high productivity.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our small size company located in Panama has been using the Tiger paw for 15 years. It’s part of our culture. In these years we have developed all enterprise activities except Accounting using Tiger Paw. We have developed several modules and integrations on the top of Tiger Database structure including Microsoft Dynamics GP, and MS Power BI solutions and others.

  ### 13. Easy data base interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim M. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Tiger Paw provides access to all of our customer's details and history in one easily accessible place. There are multiple pathways to access that information, depending upon your focus. As Office Manager, I access information differentlyfrom the way our techinicians and managers access it. Same info: but different routes to get there. I also like that I can import all the TP-produced invoices into QuickBooks so there is no double entry required.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

I get annoyed that when I am working in a service order and have to go elsewhere in TP for other info that I get pop -ups asking me if I want to save the info. I would prefer that it just auto saved. In general, pop ups that have to be clicked through to navigate within TP are annoying, but in fairness, it is largely due to my company's preferences than to a fault of Tiger Paw. Although the imports into QuickBooks are easy to do, if something goes wrong, it is hard to find help to correct it.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TP most to view customer history and store orders and other documents. The HOT notes feature allows us to put important miscellaneous note in a prominent position. Credit Hold lets us flag customers behind in payments so we don't do additional work until we are paid. We can have relevant documents attached to both customers and to specific service orders for easy access and reference.

  ### 14. Complete CRM product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Tigerpaw software can manage all aspects of your business except accounts payable but it has an interface that makes it easy to transfer information over to Quickbooks or other accounting software. It has an ease of access to account information and an ease of movement around to different aspects of your business.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Sometimes it seems slow between sections and at times when a lot is going on it will crash when running or emailing reports.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

It is a good CRM for any company. The program is easy to use once it is set up and will help you grow your company. It maintains service, inventory and contracts real well.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely accountability with the service techs and sales people out in the field. The ability to track everything of a customer from contact information, opportunities and all of their assets with purchasing dates and prices

  ### 15. Tigerpaw One

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John E. | IT Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2019

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Feature rich and ease of access. Being able to track most aspects of your project in one place that everyone has access to at the same time is a must.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

When you are working in different areas of the system and have a lot going on it will crash and you have to start to remember where you were and what you were doing.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

Make sure that it will match up with your business processes. I'm a firm believer that you should not have to change your business process to suit the management software.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accountability and management across the board. Each department has the tools they need to be successful and operate within specific business processes.

  ### 16. Good software, does everything you need, and a few things you didn't know you needed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2019

Flexibility. Being able to copy or transfer SOs, etc. from one account to another. Clean merging on accounts, and very flexible for redefining the relationships between accounts.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

No dedicated QB interface. QBTrak works but can be a bit clunky.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

Follow the installation and setup guide - closely. Don't be afraid to call tech support or your account manager

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using similar software for 10 years. We switched because the old software was reaching end of life. Tigerpaw has more capabilities and flexibility.

  ### 17. A way for sales to contine

I like the idea of the web client as an option for my sales guys when they cant make it into the office.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Mobile client is clunky and lacks features my service technicians require
Support is hit or miss

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Tigerpaw's advanced Matrix allows you to set many perimeters and measure how your business is doing.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

There seems to be issues with new updates, and we are still having one now. It's been more than 45 days and there is still not an update to fix the issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

If you are a mid size business this will work for you

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily export files to excel and tweak them more into pivot tables and get a quick view of invoicing for a day or a week, on one customer or all.

  ### 19. Does What It's Supposed To Do

The ability to update our customers with Service Tickets.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

Higher a Tigerpaw professional. It will save years of headache and ultimately save money

Easy to learn and use. I use this program for dispatching and i like the ability to send my service orders directly from the app to my technician

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Very slow going from one option to the next. When searching for an account it finds it quickly, but slow to pull it up.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

This system really is easy to use, very user friendly, anyone can learn it.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dispatching to technicians. The benefit I experience is a streamlined process and the ease of everything online without needing to print every order is also a benefit to the environment.

  ### 24. Tigerpaw

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda P. | Electronics Technician, Military, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

I really like the simple interface of the product. It brings me back to the good old FTP server days where everything is simply listed and categorized on the left and there aren't too many flashy buttons, apps, widgets, or other random things to confuse you. This is definitely a basic file server for an older more seasoned computer user generation, but can be easily used by younger folks.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Not much to be honest. I am very set in my early 2000's computer use days, so this is a great product for me.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

Definitely give it a try, it's an easy program that will most definitely help out your growing company especially if you have members out on the road a lot.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a great an easy way to have a secure file share server we can access anywhere since our sales team is always on the road, and so are our install techs. So drawings, budgets, sales plans, preliminary project info, it can easily be stored and access here without too many confusing "frills"

  ### 25. Great CRM

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2018

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Tigerpaw allows our team to store data sets and pricing tables all in one convenient location. This makes it super easy for our team to QA each others work and share information. We primarily use it as a quoting tool and CRM.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

It's bulky and a very dense piece of software. It's challenging for our team to use it on the go, and wish there was a slick iOS app or android app that would be used.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

It does exactly what it says, and you'll have a great CRM without the bells and whistles that will serve you and your team well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to implement a CRM and quoting tool within their organizations.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication, pricing tools, and quoting were all solved with TigerPaw

  ### 26. It works ok until it doesn't.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexander C. | QA Engineer, Defense & Space, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

The UI is easy to use and navigation is ok and straightforward, paid support is adequate. The ticketing portion works great and is easy to use and track customer issues.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

The database is easy to corrupt and various stages of inventory transfers tend to lose data or quantities of product, this has resulted in many calls to support, sometimes the answer is to just reboot the sql database server. SN's will remain but quantities will be off and support cannot figure out how to fix this so we end up having to scrap the item and recreate it. The UI does not support searching within the string. Finding products or serial numbers requires it to be typed as written.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

it is a good CRM if you day to day operations do not require Asset tracking and is more focused on Trouble tickets.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supporting our customers inventory. The ability to track not just contact information, addresses, and trouble tickets, but also track all of their assets and transfer assets between our new sales and RMA dept then back into customer asset database. we also integrate it with our shipping system to quickly create UPS labels to get new and RMA product out the door faster and with better accuracy.

  ### 27. Superb support

Tigerpaw Software has served us for many years with minimal issues. The system has handled numerous custom integrations and customization's to better fit our needs. Tigerpaw goes above and beyond in support of their customers and really leaves you feeling like you have a partner, not just a solution. The software is easy to use and navigate for end users.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Any negatives I have with Tigerpaw Software is in direct relation to the version my company is on, which is aged quite a bit at this point. This really speaks to the software as a whole as even being outdated and missing out on some new and exciting features Tigerpw has added, we have still been able to keep the software running smoothly, while ever increasing the load on the environment

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

Tigerpaw actively listens to the community and tries to implement changes that will have the most benefit across their user base. Open discussion is encouraged with Tigerpaw, who holds meeting to gather user feedback. While the software is easy to use and does a great job, the key with Tigerpaw is the people behind the scenes. From support to development to ownership and everything in between, this is a company I am happy to have the pleasure of doing business with

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have worked in the IT field for the past 20 years and have never come across a company as passionate and willing to support their customer base as Tigerpaw has. This is one of the vendors I enjoy calling as any issue is usually minor, addressable quickly and handled with care each time. I am never left wondering if a call to support is going to wreak havoc on my day, as it is always a pleasant experience

  ### 28. I log customer services orders in and send out email marketing campaigns

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna H. | Marketing Coordinator and Customer Service Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

It offers you a lot of options with the database- it is true you can do a lot with it, but can be difficult to figure out.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

It is not very user friendly. It is pretty difficult to figure out how to use, not intuitive whatsoever.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

I would look around at other options first, Tigerpaw is not very intuitive and it's complicated to figure out.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to organize customer orders and send out email campaigns.

  ### 29. Not User Friendly

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew L. | Marketing Coordinator, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2017

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

There are plenty of customization variables that you can use, so if you have a highly segmented business, or just like very granular detail, Tigerpaw has plenty of that. I have been told it is good for billing as well, although i do not use it for billing.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

pretty much everything else. You will definitely need training to get used to it. If you are doing anything other than looking up accounts, navigation and usability fall apart quickly. I will just give you an example from a marketing standpoint. To send out a campaign, you have to first create an email template. Should be simple but this requires first finding where the email templates are in the "master tables". Then you have to create an activity, then a campaign. This is already double the steps it should take. Once you finally do get it created, you cant just hit send. You have to tell it to send, and then process the activities for the entire day to get it to send. Everything is this difficult.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

Make sure that there are no other CRM tools that you can use first. We only use it because we have specific billing needs.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are no marketing benefits with Tigerpaw. It is difficult, restrictive, and lacks any sort of connectivity with other services.

  ### 30. Over looked

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2018

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Tigerpaw CRM is one of the most over looked platforms. It is a very powerful tool that allows you to manage contracts, sales opportunities, quotes, Project management, and accounting.Tigerpaw CRM is one of the most over looked platforms. It is a very powerful tool that allows you to manage contracts, sales opportunities, quotes, Project management, accounting, and the most impressive tool service orders. A few notable features is the ability to send and email from outlook and have it automatically saved into journal entries, and the processing credit cards right from the system saving lots of time.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

The project management portion is very week and does not seem to follow basic logic. Running custom reports can be very time consuming and not always resulting in what you were looking for. Managing large accounts with multiple locations is week. You must find and then link the accounts together, resulting in a not so perfect way of tracking progress.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Three main problems are being addressed; (1) The ability to closely monitor service orders and have detailed notes regarding past problems. (2) Contract management is much more stream lined and manageable. (3) Quotes and opportunities are more manageable.

  ### 31. An okay ticketing software

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan K. | Technical Services Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2018

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

It was easy to track and create service ordrers

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

very slow response times, Software would often freeze up during regular use

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

It is a decent ticketing software, but regularly seemed to freeze and caused problems. Navigation of the software wasnt the most intuitive either.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

creating service tickets

  ### 32. This is a very industry specific CRM

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2018

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Easy to learn the basics, good with inventory

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Process and reporting is not intuitive.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

More likely to find staff trained on Connect Wise

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time and materials tracking, agreement tracking

  ### 33. Is there really any perfect CRM application?

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew B. | Senior Network Engineer at Network Performance, Inc., Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2017

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

It allows us to do our jobs on a daily basis, from ticketing, to customer contact information, to quoting/billing.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

All of these types of applications have their own quirks, and Tigerpaw is no different. It is not very good an scheduling bulk tasks from a template, and it can be frustrating to schedule recurring tasks as well - once they are scheduled, you better not have to make any changes to it, otherwise you have to remove it and reschedule. Having scheduling tie in tighter with Outlook (or just using outlook for scheduling) would be a welcomed change.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

Make sure to talk to Tigerpaw about your business process to be sure there isn't anything that needs to change to fit into the Tigerpaw ecosystem.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tigerpaw keeps all employees in sync. It is our daily play book - it handles all scheduling tasks, and does a good job of it. Without a CRM, you staff won't be on the same page - a central place to track client data, service orders, schedules, and billing is SOOOO important to running s successful business.

  ### 34. Sales Rep

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David H. | Fundraising Consultant, Fund-Raising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2017

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

It’s an easy way to keep track of all our notes on our current customers and prospects.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

The organization could be better when searching for notes on customers or prospects.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

You need to know how you want to use it and what functions you need in your organization.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problems we are solving is organization especially from employee to employee

  ### 35. Decent program despite flaws

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2018

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Tigerpaw is feature rich in workflow and reporting areas.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Bugs we continue to have throughout the years such as ACD reconciliation and email troubles.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

Tigerpaw has bugs that seem to show themselves right before a new release is implemented.. basically telling you to resolve the problem you need to upgrade.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The mobile app allows ease of access we did not have before.

  ### 36. Use Tigerpaw daily for the last 7 years

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2017

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

I like being able to create invoices in batches. I also like being able to transfer data from Tigerpaw into QuickBooks.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

I don't like not being able to transfer data from Quickbooks into Tigerpaw. I understand that this software is built around a database but I don't like the fact that an invoice that has been issued and posted may change just because a contract has been modified. Once an invoice has been posted, it should remain as it was when it posted for eternity.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

We decided to not continue to pay the Tigerpaw Customer Assurance years ago. They may or may not still have the TCA program. At the time, it was not cost effective to pay the TCA every year. If you do get the TCA, remember that it auto renews so note your calendar 90 days out from the renewal date so a decision can be made as to whether the renewal will be done.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to reduce the time spent invoicing customers who have monthly recurring service.

  ### 37. Sales

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly P. | Regional Account Manager, Telecommunications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2017

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Closing the sale. Finding new prospects, meeting new people

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Cold calls repeat Clients, finding the same leads

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None I am new with this service

  ### 38. Good CRM, though a bit dated

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bradley P. | Technical Support Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2017

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Lots of different tools available to help provide information for clients and support tickets.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

It is Application and SQL based meaning that the program has to be installed on your computer and accessing it when working from home can be a pain.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

Honestly, to my knowledge, there are better tools out there that are far easier to use, web based, and client friendly. Not being an admin, i cannot tell whether or not it is any more cost effective than a better tool.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Support management, client documentation and lists, and time management/tracking.

  ### 39. out dated

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2017

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

The fact that I can hold every customer weve ever had

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

doesn't have accounting abilities that work well with us

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

customer relations

  ### 40. Tigerpaw makes for good business planning

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher E. | Associate, Retail, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2016

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Tigerpaw makes for a good way to keep business invoices in order and make sure that invoices get properly completed in an orderly and timely fashion. Tigerpaw's invoice logging system also makes it easy for me to transfer work between coworkers and transfer tasks that need escalated importance to management. The logging features are great when charging by the hour, and gives a working time for all workers, and lets me know who was the last one to work on it, in case someone drops the ball on an invoice.

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

One of the problems with tigerpaw is the employees that use it. If nobody follows through one hundred percent with the program, it will never work for the company. If my coworkers refuse to update invoices and create invoices for clients, we wont charge clients and get our jobs done properly. One of the other problems with it is that it is very cluttered and has a very ancient user interface. It can be complicated to use when it is hard to navigate.

**Recommendations to others considering Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One:**

Tigerpaw should definately improve on their user interface, it is extremely archaic and needs to be updated for ease of use.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem in our business is communication between branches. BY using tigerpaw we can effectively redistribute work and reroute problems to the people who can fix them. One of the hardest thing to establish between management, tech support and sales is the communication and who is responsible for what job. Tigerpaw will have us delegate roles between everyone to get the job done.

  ### 41. Great for the service department

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2016

**What do you like best about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Service department and technicians cam communicate effectively and effeciently

**What do you dislike about Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One?**

Not good for tracking prospects with the sales team. Premised based so very slow over vpn.

**What problems is Rev.io PSA formerly Tigerpaw One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transmitting data real time to techs. Better than no crm at all.
