What do you dislike about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

It's not free. Kidding aside, the only downside is it is connected via internet. That means that if the internet or the signal is not good, messages might not go through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"New to TigerConnect, but a good team"

What do you like best about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

We are new to TigerConnect and are still building our templates. So far, the team has been responsive and very helpful. They were able to show us other residency programs so that we could get ideas of different ways to format it and balance the work to create schedules vs. end-user experience. What do you dislike about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

As a residency program, we have a complicated schedule with multiple different clinical sites and resident and faculty schedules that vary day -to-day which makes the build and view a little built more difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

At times difficult to find some of our broadcast groups as we have numerous groups within the entire hospital system. If we can maybe favorite some groups that would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TigerConnect is easy to use for patient communication. We have sent practice wide texts as well as personalized and each with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TigerConnect Clinical Collaboration Platform?

Beware of the contract! It is pretty tight and termination is strict. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
