Any failure is easy to manage, and communicating to share the system's health is easy. **What do you dislike about TierPoint DRaaS?** As of now, it meets my organization's requirements. **Recommendations to others considering TierPoint DRaaS:** Back up of Data is essential, and TierPoint DRaaS provides backup, disaster recovery, and secure access solutions, delivers data protection and management for the cloud **What problems is TierPoint DRaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Once set, it is more convenient for us to track failure, share the report, backup data in the cloud in case of natural disaster or any disaster is easy. The team at TierPoint DRaaS is more knowledgeable and supportive. The transition from current to TierPoint DRaaS was smooth. ### 3. Hupervisor replications help cut down on time to whole. Overall we feel that we are getting the value from the platform we need. **What do you dislike about TierPoint DRaaS?** I've only had good experiences with this service but in tbt past responsiveness from TierPoint has been a issue. This team doesn't seem to have that problem though. **What problems is TierPoint DRaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a small part of our data safety plan. The benefits are pretty straight forward my data is backed up and someone handles the updates, management and recovery if need be. ### 4. My productivity has increased although I often have speed issues due to having an old computer and poor wifi. ### 5.
