Their security certifications, such as SOC, ISO, PCI, and HIPAA, are invaluable as they allow us to pass these assurances on to our clients, enhancing our credibility and the trust factor with our customers. Furthermore, TierPoint's knowledgeable support in hosting extends our capability for 24/7 monitoring and secure configurations far beyond what we could achieve alone. This level of support increases our operational efficiency and security posture. I am particularly grateful for their client success managers, who have been immensely helpful, providing tailored assistance and guidance, which simplifies navigating the diverse aspects of TierPoint’s service offerings. Overall, the depth and reliability of TierPoint's services have significantly contributed to setting a higher standard for our clients, which I find very valuable. **What do you dislike about TierPoint?** Can't think of anything that I would consider a dislike **What problems is TierPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use TierPoint for managed hosting, benefiting from their security certifications, 24/7 monitoring, and configuration assistance, which enhances our service quality and client trust. ### 2. We very rarely see any issues with their services and when there is going to be any expected downtime they are very proactive about reaching out to us. **What do you dislike about TierPoint?** I honestly do not have much to highlight here. TierPoint is truly one of our best vendor partners. The only comment I may have to bring up is that sometimes there is a bit too much in the portal interface and it becomes challenging to digest it all. But this is a minor complaint. **Recommendations to others considering TierPoint:** TierPoint is a tremendous vendor for us and their support has been excellent. There is nothing I currently know of that would cause us to move away from their services and we are planning to continue expanding out business with them. **What problems is TierPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to move the majority of our servers offsite with TierPoint and this has been a tremendous improvement for our infrastructure spend and business continuity. ### 3.
