**What do you like best about Tie?**

The customer success team has been amazing to work with. Ellyson is our Customer Success Manager and she has been instrumental in ensuring we understand the value of the platform, and that we're able to effectively communicate that value to our leadership team. She is invested in our success as a business, and making sure our needs with the platform are met.

**What do you dislike about Tie?**

Our primary use case for Tie is visitor identification, and it can be difficult to assess incremental value on the end of our email platform. Tie provides results that help to narrow that down, but even the most conservative attribution model is still slightly more generous than we'd prefer.

**What problems is Tie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've understood for some time that there is a not-so-insignificant amount of traffic that passes over our site that is anonymous to us, but valuable to us as a business. Tie allows us to send gentle nudges to these individuals, helping to bring them further along our funnel.

**What do you like best about Tie?**

The support team at Tie is the best part.  Our rep spends time analyzing components of our strategy that we don't have time to look at or think about ourselves.  Without Tie, all of those improvements, tests and strategies would not be a part of our brand at all

**What do you dislike about Tie?**

There isn't any express dislike about Tie.  I sometimes feel like the size of our business doesn't necessitate the level of granular detail and testing that Tie does, but doing something typically reserved for larger businesses isn't necessarily a drawback.  Without Tie, I wouldn't think that any of it is really that important, but having Tie there allocates time and attention to it for the improvement of the brand, so as we grow we don't have to catch up to that stage

**What problems is Tie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tie is refining the way we segment and reach our customers.  Tie analyzes our flow, campaign, and delivery metrics to ensure that the most engaged and interested prospective customers are receiving our communication to try to convert our customer base into repeat customers more effectively.

**What do you like best about Tie?**

I use Tie for retention marketing across many brands. I like how it helps identify customers on our site who aren't yet in our email/sms program and targets them effectively. The promo tab protection tool is also great, as it helps us land in more primary inboxes, which drives higher click and conversion rates for our campaigns. In A/B tests, this tool contributes to higher revenue compared to campaigns without it. Additionally, I appreciate the proactive and responsive team that's always there to answer questions and guide new strategies. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, I find Tie's integration with Klaviyo useful for our needs.

We'd love more insight into exactly how the promo tab protection tool lands campaigns in primary inboxes.

**What do you like best about Tie?**

I use Tie for increasing revenue by recognizing anonymous website visitors. It's able to recognize the majority of our website's anonymous visitors and helps us reach them through email flows. I find it super helpful to work with Ellyson, one of their customer success managers, on a monthly basis to review how things are going and to talk about improvements. She really understands how the email marketing platform works and also how Tie works. She suggested a new product from Tie that helps improve our email deliverability, so we've been testing that out as well. The initial setup of Tie was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Tie?**

We are unsure if it is generating much revenue, and sometimes we get a good amount of spam complaints from the website visitors that we email since they never subscribed to our email list.

**What do you like best about Tie?**

I really appreciate our account rep who is great at helping with integrations and optimizations in the Tie platform and in our ESP. Moreover, Tie is always releasing products that assist with deliverability optimization. I love how easy and fast the initial setup was, especially because Tie provided all necessary documentation that a business user could handle without needing any dev work. The analytics dashboards are extremely digestible, allowing business users of all technical abilities to leverage the tool effectively. It’s fantastic to have a quick reference for sales attribution and other KPIs, thanks to Tie's dashboard. Additionally, Tie integrates seamlessly with Klaviyo.

I like that Tie runs in the backend, and I never have to worry about it. It doesn't add any work for me because users are automatically added into a flow, allowing me to retarget them. I see a monthly revenue increase from these users. I also like that Tie syncs seamlessly into our Klaviyo account, and the initial setup was super easy, taking just a few hours.

We’ve only been working with Tie for a few short months, but the impact has been immediate. The Engaged segment they created delivers over 100% higher revenue per recipient and more than double the ROI compared to our other campaign segments. The Promotions Tab Protection tool has also boosted campaign performance by over 20% to date.

The Tie team is proactive, strategic, and genuinely invested in our success, constantly bringing new ideas to the table. If you want innovative tools paired with actionable insights, Tie is a clear win.

Our only challenge has been that certain optimizations, like segment growth, depend heavily on site traffic, so results can fluctuate month-to-month. This isn’t a Tie issue per se, but it means that maximizing their tools works best when paired with a strong traffic strategy. Otherwise, our experience so far has been extremely positive.

We’ve been recommending Tie to a bunch of our ecommerce clients, and for good reason. If you're trying to create more personalized shopping experiences and step up your email game, this tool is literally a no-brainer. Tie helps brands turn customer data into actual value. It pulls in behavior, preferences, and purchase history to tailor each shopper’s journey, especially when it comes to email personalization. Think smarter flows, relevant product recs, and emails that don’t feel like they were blasted to a list of 100K+ customers.

If we had to nitpick, the UI could feel a little different from what marketers might be used to, but once you get past that, the results speak for themselves. Definitely worth a look if you're serious about leveling up personalization.

What stands out the most is their amazing team, which made the deployment process seamless—even on our custom platform. They went above and beyond, developing special code to ensure everything worked perfectly. Instead of being overwhelmed with random emails, we can now target and scale effectively, which has been a game-changer for us.

We previously used other services, like retention.com, which was like a giant firehose of emails. Those emails weren't wrong, but they were less targeted.

Revenue Roll is amazing because they don't try to confuse you about how they identify prospects or where the data's coming from. The product is extremely straightforward, easy to use, and the team over there is beyond helpful at making sure you utilize every ounce of RR.

At this point in time, I have 0 complaints. Onboarding our brands has been seamless & everything works on autopilot.

Revenue Roll is helping our brands the most with cross-device identification. Meaning, someone comes on our site on one device & then comes back to engage (or finish their purchase) on another. This is massively impactful when you're talking about hundreds of thousands (and for some brands, millions) of prospects jumping on our brands' websites in a given month.

The tool is straightforward, data drive, and evolving quickly. It is simple to get started with, and equally easy to measure along the way. The best part is that on top of the tool is a team that really cares and adds value.

My experience has been flawless so far, but the cost is high compared to what I'm able to squeeze out of it as a small brand. I expect that equation to flip soon.

What I like most about Revenue Roll is their responsiveness from leadership. Anytime there's been a question, an implementation need or some troubleshooting required, their customer service is all over it. 

I've enjoyed working with them and we've seen positive results.

My general dislike is the same with all IR software. Deliverability can be hurt if it's not strong, some of the exact matches can bring down engagement. Revenue Roll is not immune to the challenges of the industry.

They are finding and identifying more customers than our current cookies are catching and allow us to gain some incremental revenue from our brands by finding customers with purchase intent.

I wish I had this years ago when starting my e-commerce business. We have captured more emails in the past 12 months with Revenue Roll then we have in the past three years! Our email marketing revenue is up nearly 100% year over year.

No complaints right now. The team listens to feedback and is quick to roll out new solutions.

Used a few of these tools, but Revenue Roll matched way more traffic. When we first implemented them, they matched 83% of abandoned carts-even identifying shoppers Klaviyo missed as return visitors. Dramatically grew our audiences for cart recovery campaigns, driving an additional $25k+ extra revenue in the first month.ROI jumped even higher once they launched domain warming and all emails starting hit the primary inbox.

We are always looking for ways to grow our existing channels and find new ones. Revenue Roll helps us grow our email list from anonymous traffic hitting the store, so that we can engage with potential customers that we never could before. As ad costs and COA continue to increase Revenue Roll help us maximize that budget and significantly lowered our costs.

**What do you like best about Tie?**

We switched over from Retention.com and never looked back. We have found that Revenue Roll is extremely easy to use and set up, the team is readily available to help with any troubleshooting and they're always available. We're constantly making incremental revenue and we're not worried about our list health etc.

**What do you dislike about Tie?**

I can't think of any really, this is a must-have in any ecomm brand's tech stack.

We're capturing more site visitors and browsers and actively turning them into sales and identifiable customers.

The team is top tier, very helpful & knowledgable. The tech is on par if not better with everything else out there & with the best CX I've gotten from a SAAS tool. Been an operator for 8+ years, never seen a team like Revenue Roll be so invested in their clients.

I think RR is going to be adding much more tech. I just wish it was released sooner.

Since launching in late 2023, their identification and enrichment tools have driven over $3M in revenue ($1.5M incremental revenue) by helping us connect with previously unidentifiable website visitors and reactivating existing customers. Their ability to match an average of ~40% of monthly traffic and pass key data into Klaviyo has supercharged our email campaigns, generating significant incremental revenue while maintaining strong deliverability. We’ve been impressed with their results-driven approach and ongoing optimization efforts, including email warming. Highly recommend for any brand looking to scale email engagement and revenue!
