I like that TidyCal is easy to use and has a lot of good integrations, such as calendars and Zoom. It allows me to create both public, standard booking types as well as private, customized bookings. The 'Agency' version is useful as I can add team members, even partners, to create joint or 'round robin' style bookings. I appreciate being able to let my clients, prospects, or partners find mutual time and that the tool integrates automatic meetings with Zoom details directly back into my Google Calendar. I'd like better control over the look and feel of the booking page. It's neat, simple, and, as it's name designates, tidy... and all at an amazing cost. The team is continuously developing new features and customer support is very responsive. Its really nice design and simplicity make this the most headache-free and useful application in my work day, hands down. Everyone I recommend it to loves it, too! I’m running into a few limitations: I can’t set global limits across booking types, and I can’t create a single booking type with variable session lengths (for example, letting someone book anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours instead of a fixed duration). I truly appreciate TidyCal's seamless integration with my Google Calendar, which significantly enhances my scheduling capabilities by making the process straightforward and efficient. The ability to customize start and end times for meetings, as well as manage the gaps between them, is a remarkable feature that I value greatly, as it allows me to prevent back-to-back bookings, ensuring I have necessary breaks that help maintain my productivity. The cost aspect is a major highlight for me as well—I used to pay about $14 per month for a different service, but TidyCal offers incredible affordability with a one-time payment for a lifetime subscription around $40 to $50. This financial advantage makes it an outstanding value proposition without compromising on features. The autonomy the platform provides in scheduling, where it operates effectively on autopilot, makes it reliable, and the rules-setting ability for booking gaps ensures I don't end up overwhelmed with continuous meetings. But, sometimes the customers say they can't access the site or can't book any meetings. I assume all software has temporary glitches like this, so I don't hold anything against TidyCal; which is why I highly recommend this software especially for individuals who don't need lots of fancier features like round-robin or access to multiple calendars. When it comes to booking my calendar, I use only tidycal to book call with mentees. I just need to put the slot and particular day and the tidycal does the all. So no call without tidycal. In calendly you just need to put the slot and rest calendly will do but not in tidycal. In tidycal you have to manually set aside 1 hour / 45 minutes slot. I love the life-time deal, because I think we get caught up with so many recurring payments for software. But I also love that it is super simple to use and doesn't over-complicate things. It has the capacity to do everything I need it to do, within a clean and user-friendly dashboard. I have recommended it to many colleagues and clients and will continue to without hesitation. It does all the basic things, plus a little extra that would be needed to with a calendaring tool. I appreciate the simplicity of sharing a link, embedding information on a website or in and email, and the ability to create meeting pools. It was very simple to set up and use.
