There are many different features in different editions of windows server. Its diffcuilt to write what is the best in it. I will write about the features which i liked in Windows Server 2016 because i have used this server edition for many years. first thing is implemention is easy. Few of the features which i ilke is containers service, secure boot, replacing ram and network adapters in virtual machine even if the virtual machine is active state. This features we use more, our frequency of use is everyday. If we need any help we contact customer support. Windows Defender is upgraded to detect malware threats, Storage space management has been improved. These features helps in ease integration with other applications. Sometimes windows server becomes slow, we have found slowness issue and evern while updating security fix or patches we find some unwanted changes in behaviour of the server and it also impacts other software applications running on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Licensing becoming costly every year. Microsoft technical support needs massive improvement. Security updates are released every month which becomes tough for organization to patch every month. Exploitation of vulnerabilities are easy in windows as compared to linux and other open source operating systems. Auditing feature need to be improved. Hardening parameters needs improvement.
