The most attractive and easy feature of most most Windows servers is GUI which has a faster learning curve for new Admins. It has a robust customer support and it can be easily integrated with Azure and cherry on top is that your all on- prem users can be seamlessly created for you in the cloud and productivity tools like Microsoft 365. It can be easily installed and implemented on compatible hardware and test vms. The more frequent use with the server makes it more user friendly with past choices.
