What do you like best about TickTick?

The ability to create different to-do lists rather than having to have all the to-dos under the same list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TickTick?

I'd use it more if there was a way to not only have the tasks show up on my Google calendar, but if I could actually change something in a given task (edit, complete, delete) within my calendar and it updates it on the TickTick side as well. So two-way integration would be awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's particularly useful when I have a very long list of to-dos, and for cataloguing thoughts, tasks, ideas that I don't want to forget. So I use it somewhat as a place to store notes as well. When my to-do list is shorter, I just end up creating an "all day" event in Google calendar instead of using TickTick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TickTick?

The capacity to connect with my personal and professional calendars, so I have all my tasks from different organizations in one tool. I also love the habit tracker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TickTick?

It doesn't have many integrations. I usually use tools like Pabbly connect and IFTTT to connect my different apps. Right now, Ticktick has limited connections, but I think they will improve in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best todo app for busy people!"

What do you like best about TickTick?

Reminders + Notifications! I love that I can set up reminders and get notifications at the desired time. Most other todo apps offer this in their premium versions; on TickTick, you get it with the free version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TickTick?

At the moment, I don't have anything that I don't like. Since I am using the free version, I am missing out on the Calendar view, which I tried on the free trial - it helps a lot to stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing in almost every way, except it is unusable after just a year"

The software is coded very inefficiently. After just a year of use, it frequently maxes out my CPU, freezes and fails to load tasks and appointments on Windows and android. It has become completely unusable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
