TT directly and efficiently imported my tasks. It is simple and has multiple colored masks that makes it quite nice. I love the calendar function. **What do you dislike about TickTick?** It does not allow the edition of the events that I believe in google calendar, and I can not see the TT events in google calendar, there should be a better bidirectional integration of these two platforms. It does not have keyboard shortcuts. **Recommendations to others considering TickTick:** I recommend to completely migrate to TT, not depend on google calendar, work separately and migrate, this tool is complete and can address all possibilities. **What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?** I create, organize and manage events and tasks in order to improve my personal productivity. ### 3. The task expiration ranges comprise one week. It adapts perfectly to any mobile device and desktop. Adding notes defining and placing texts referring to the task gives an extra positive. **What do you dislike about TickTick?** Updates should be more frequent, so we see your team's interest in keeping their users up to date. **Recommendations to others considering TickTick:** Very popular in its range, creating the habit of listing and describing tasks is quick. The mobile app is by far the best out there and I have yet to encounter another task mgmt system that includes calendar view, smart lists, repeat tasks, scheduling time for subtasks. **What do you dislike about TickTick?** This is nothing I overly dislike about the current product, but I do wish there would be time tracking integrated into ticktick and would not require plug ins. I also wish that calendar view would include the total number of tasks, The current view requires to count the visible tasks and then add to the additional tasks. **What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ticktick solves both personal and business problems. It helps me stay on track on everything. I used it when I was in sales to keep track of tasks cause most CRM task systems are weak. Ease of use is what I love on TickTick. I believe TickTick is better than it's main competitor Todoist because very fast and perfect sync and the Mobile reminder is awesome. **What do you dislike about TickTick?** The free version of TickTick is limited to only 1 file attachment per day, only 9 lists, 19 subtasks, etc. Also, the free version is limited to only 1 Member CountThe worst part of TickTick is the Windows App is not free, you will get an only free 15-day trial. **Recommendations to others considering TickTick:** If you prefer the ease of use and want power user functionalities in a To do list app, you can opt TickTick. **What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?** TickTick is a very, very capable task manager that helps me to share and complete tasks easily. Its integration with google assistant is also very handy. I feel TickTick as my personal assistant. ### 6. I can use lists, tags, customized tags, smart lists, and more. I can view by overdue tasks, next 7 days, or a smart list combination I create with tags and/or dates. You can also set priority, due date, or assign a task. Within a list you can choose to type in a description or change to create a checkbox list. I looked all over for something that would work to help me incorporate the Getting Things Done system and this one was the easiest to use and worked on all types of devices for a decent price. I use the folders for my projects and create lists in each folder. I can tag them with next-action tags so I can quickly view those with next action that involves being a computer, on the phone, or another tag I create. I can also add to my tick tick lists from a web site in Chrome or directly from an email. **What do you dislike about TickTick?** I would like to combine my business and personal accounts into one. For now, I purchased two licenses and I have 2 separate accounts. I can share one list from one account to the other but I would rather have a way to have 2 emails incorporated into one account. I sign in with Google and use my personal and business Google account with Tick Tick. I also would like an easier way to create folders when adding a task. You can only create them when adding a new list. **Recommendations to others considering TickTick:** Try all of the features. Ask for help or use the help content if you can't find something you need to do. Many users have great suggestions. **What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?** Information overload is a common problem with so many ways to communicate. Tick Tick helps me capture it all and organize it in a simple, effective way. Whether I am on my phone, surfing the web, reading email, or out on a walk, I can easily add and organize tasks and information using this app. ### 7. It does everything I need and more. I love having the ability to prioritize tasks (high, medium, low and none), schedule tasks on specific dates and times, get reminders, sync to my calendar, assign tasks to team members (great for delegating) and create lists. It's also very handy to use the mobile app, even though I prefer the computer web version (because the display is larger) **What do you dislike about TickTick?** I wish they had an affiliate program! Other than that, the only element I find frustrating is an odd glitch when deleting characters from a list sometimes it jumps to the line before and starts deleting that instead of the word I'm trying to modify. Not sure if this is just a glitch on Chrome (been meaning to email their support about this) **Recommendations to others considering TickTick:** Fantastic for following the Getting Things Done (GTD) model! I highly recommend upgrading to the premium account to access all the features, especially if you're using it frequently. **What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manage my tasks for the day, week, month and year. Also, Team Work is very difficult if you are using TickTick free version. Sometimes I feel some syncing issues. **Recommendations to others considering TickTick:** If you are looking for a powerful Todo list manager, you can choose TickTick. You can build smart lists and the Calendar view is also great. **What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?** TickTick is everything you want for a ToDo list and a Project Management tool combined.
