On top of that, it is actively being developed and they listen to their community. I have been using it since shortly after they launched and it keeps getting better and better. **What do you dislike about TickTick?** Support was not super friendly or helpful (although I have not had to contact support for more than a year now). Other than that I can't really find any dislikes about this app. **What problems is TickTick solving and how is that benefiting you?** It keeps me organized: personal & business calendar, personal to do list and I manage my business projects in Ticktick. I follow the Getting Things Done philosophy to organize my tasks per project.
