## TicketSpice Reviews
  ### 1. So far, I'm liking the flexibility and extensibility of the platform. Lots of features!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon S. | Co-Owner, Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The customizability of the platform and pages are great. The statistic on the pages are highly detailed as well! Support has been very responsive as well; and they've offered tons of help and taken feedback. The customizability means that the look and feel of your page is largely on you, so the opportunity to make it cluttered is there. But also, you can integrate almost any kind of content you'd like in your event page, so the sky is the limit. The box office features are exciting, and I can't wait to try out my ticket printer!

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I have not yet been able to reach too deeply to find many negatives yet. I ran into a small coupon glitch, which support corrected within a few hours. I LOVE the ambassador concept, but would love to see it expanded to support the whole venue and built a team of supporters rather than event based, which has limited function for a vue popping out hundreds of events a year. So far, the negatives are pretty light. I would like to see some better event list/calendar widgets that show off the events a little better and in different formats .

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They're offering an alternative to other costly platforms, particularly for smaller venues, and offer us the ability to meet our individual needs, like small-batch ticket printing, box office sales and scanning, promotion support, integration with websites, custom seating charts, etc.

  ### 2. Great Ticketing Software for Non-Profit Events

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2023

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

From a non-profit fundraiser's perspective, TicketSpice has thought of everything a non-profit could need in a ticketing software, with fantastic customer service to boot!

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

We are still in the planning phase as our event hasn't gone live yet, but I've been very happy so far with no complaints.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software has been pretty user friendly. As we are building our event, we occasionally have questions about what certain fields do and what final result they will have.

  ### 3. Spice up your Business!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate Jane Z. | Farmer of Fun, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2021

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

We moved over to TicketSpice during the 2020 Pandemic when we needed a way to space out and limit guest arrivals at our pick your own farm. We were blown away by the customer support and onboarding that helped us get up and running in a day. The support didn't stop there and the response times and creative solutions to the unique challenges of our business have been game changing.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There were some challenges with refunds early on but the team at TicketSpice recognized these issues and made corrections to their process to alleviate the problems. We were pleasantly surprized as well when the refunds for the ticketing fees were provided back to our business.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TicketSpice helps us with our advance ticket sales and knowing how many guests are coming to visit our farm. The added benefits are an increase in revenue per guest on site as the ticket purchase is made days in advance and we can manage our team and staffing needs so much better knowing how many guests will be visiting each day. A totally unexpected benefit was the speed of check for guests and the ability for them to purchase items for their visit in advance.

  ### 4. TicketSpice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2023

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Many options, good "actions" (if than statements)

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I wish we could mix templates, other than that no complaints

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

affordable ticketing software with built-in page designer

  ### 5. Organized, professional looking, and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melanie F. | Communications Director for Mountain Bike Oregon, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 27, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Wow, what a change from the last software we were using. The backend is user intuitive, and if there is anything I can't find an answer for there are two easy to use options (and more available, but these are the two I have been using):
1. Help articles that cover most issues and have answered a good portion of my questions.
2. Email support - I could easily email Phillip and he would get back to me the same day or the next day, and if it was a weekend or evening, he would have one of his co-workers take over so I would not be waiting too long.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

The reporting is a little wonky in places, but it is just taking me a little to get to understand how to create the reports I will need.
There are a few formatting things I wish we could add, but there are not dealbreakers.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital waiver signing. It is extremely important that everyone registering for our event read the entire waiver and digitally sign it, even if someone else bought their ticket for them, and they were not present during registration or are a youth. The software has an answer for this that was good enough for our attorney to say it is the gold standard of waiver signing. So this is huge! The last couple years we have been having people sign in person once they arrive at the festival, but it takes a lot of time and causes check-in to be messy, so now we can start our festival off more professional this year. Yay!

  ### 6. TS has the best tech support staff that I've interacted with in my more than 30 years career

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** April V. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The software is so flexible that it can be a bit daunting choosing the elements required to set up a page that offers everything that we want it to. I am in constant contact with TS's tech support team. I can't say enough good things about their quick response time, courtesy and ability to tease out the details of my problem. They offer solutions, screen-shots, timelines for responses and a bit of humour that greatly relieve the anxiety of accomplishing a specific goal.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Sometimes the software doesn't work as anticipated. That's usually where I need extra support to figure out how to approach the problem I'm trying to solve. There are some reporting issues that I've brought to their attention where items aren't being included in a report that should be. I've had some difficulty getting the Vimeo link to work in the background with TS's secure area for Livestreaming. TS Tech support has committed to reviewing the issue at the dev level. I'm satisfied it will eventually be sorted out.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a non-profit community orchestra. We needed a cost-effective online software solution providing secure live-streaming ticket sales that would be up and running out of the box fast when the pandemic hit, and we had to stop offering in-person live concerts. Not having to go through the process of developing a software solution from scratch, which was outside our budget and staffing expertise.

  ### 7. David is the Best!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** FlinchbaughsOrchard K. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2021

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Ticketspice has some excellent customer service partners that keep us organized and moving forward as a business. Their strategy based phonecalls focus on not only getting the job done but also provide marketing suggestions that will make us more successful. They get it! And David has been key to us working hard to double are online sales. I honestly think he is one of the best customer care reps I have worked with across numerous vendors and 20 years of business.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

While many individuals excel at Ticketspice, I have had numerous ones that have left the ball fall too. Thankfully, quickly after announcing my frustration, I was reassigned to new reps.

**Recommendations to others considering TicketSpice:**

Try it! You will be so glad you did!

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Timing! Efficiency! And ease of use for guests, as well as creating a pleasing ticketing page that sets the tone for the pleasing experience they will have at our farm.

I am maximizing the number of guests I can have on my property, down to the exact number of cars my parking lot each and every day, without the worry of folks arriving and needing tickets. They already know all the details, have paid and are ready for a day of fun.

In addition, they helped me look at my business outside of the usual box - which has been very valuable to me.

  ### 8. Question answered quickly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

When I asked a question through the chat feature I received an answer quickly.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

The templates didn't easily accommodate my hoped-for content

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Advance ticket sales to an event.

  ### 9. Fun, intuitive, lots of quick help options, great data acquired through its use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeanne J. | Operations Manager/Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

I love the quick help response either in the form of a chat, email to my account rep, or a very thorough FAQ support directory. Not sure how other platforms work, but I have no desire to find out.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Up until this year, the reports were cumbersome, but they've instituted a new feature that I haven't yet used but am excited to try. It should be a game changer in summarizing the daily data.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to know who is coming to "my party" which allows me to be prepared with products and staffing. This year we are also getting assistance with the constant barrage of questions from people who are not naturally gifted in researching answers easily found before they hit "contact us"; TIcketspice is granted access to our Facebook, Instagram and email provider to help us with this daily arduous task.

  ### 10. TicketSpice provides the best customer service ever!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2023

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The tutorials are helpful, and the customer service is very fast. The service reps solve my problems instantly. I like the appearance of the tickets. Also that you can add your own charges for fees.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There are so many choices for customization that it can be overwhelming. Since I don't use the platform often I need to relearn how to set up my tix each time. I think this could be solved by setting up a template, but I just haven't gotten there yet.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to charge processing fees to the purchaser. Easy-to-use links to the sales page and to include in other promo. Making the ticketing purchase experience easy for our guests.

  ### 11. Customizable and User Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikaela L. | Communications Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Setting up the event page was easy and very customizable. The ticket sales reporting and the event check-in was great too. Our guests loved having the ability to text their guests their tickets. We will use TicketSpice again for our next event.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Three minor suggestions. 1 ) When you text a ticket, be able to rename it. So you don't have to remember if you texted ticket #1 to Jane or John. 2) When someone purchases multiple tickets, make sure the additional box office items (drink, raffle, etc. tickets) are only associated with 1 ticket for the host or person purchasing the entry and additional tickets/items. 3) Integration with Kindful.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TicketSpice expedited ticket purchase times and made check-in at the event a breeze.

  ### 12. great service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krissy A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

It is convenient for guests and staff. It is easy for us to logon

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

the cost is hard for us cause it is a non-profit. We do try to offset

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We couldn't get our stripe to connect correctly

  ### 13. Questions about ticketing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2023

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The use of the chat feature to ask questions is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Some aspects are a little confusing like how to sell merchandise at an event, some of the reports are more difficult to figure out when you only need it for a short amount of time with longer down time in between.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with how to check people in at some of our events. This helped greatly.

  ### 14. I'd recommend TicketSpice

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

I appreciate that it's never crashed on us, and I can usually get support or someone to answer my questions fairly quickly.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

The reporting system is tricky and often confusing. I still usually have to email and double-check our numbers, profits, sales tax etc, because it's not always clear and I just really don't trust the process or reporting software. I dread figuring out our reporting, sales tax and profit every season when our CPA asks for our sales data.

The other main point of confusion is usually the refunds. For the most part, I really love that we have the ability to take care of them on our own and move customers' tickets on our own when they call the farm and we can take care of it quickly. The main issue comes up when refunding a single ticket in an order and having to calculate out the processing fees and ticket fees for each one, instead of just clicking a button and everything getting refunded nice and neatly. It also tends to throw off our sales tax every year since we have to add that as a line item, and the reporting at the end of the year just isn't that nice and neat.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I guess the overall task of offering online tickets is the main thing. Other than that we switched to TicketSpice from TicketLeap mainly for the editing features and refund features. Being able to edit customer's tickets ourselves or refund tickets ourselves were two big reasons we switched to them in the first place. We also appreciate the different level app keys for managers vs. seasonal staff.

  ### 15. TicketSpice lets us serve people well and with ease!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meleah S. | Communications Consultant & Worldview Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The app for scanning in or looking up by name! The customization of the ticket options.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

The customization is a double-edged sword because sometimes there are features I don't know are activated and customized but are incorrect. It might be nice to have prompts to remind you to check each aspect of a ticket before publishing.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I sold "family tickets" for my last event that varied in head count. We sold separate tickets for two nights. This made the capacity of "tickets" different for each night. They helped me realize that attributes exist so I could limit the hide certain ticket options as they sold out. I was in a pickle for a minute though till I figured out the right attribute to create... ha!

  ### 16. The gang at Ticketspice makes it easy to host our agritourism events

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aimee D. | o, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Andrew is both super helpful in educating me in the ins and outs of Ticketspice as well as he has helped me look at things from the customer point of view. What they see, helps me to figure out what we need to focus on.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Sometimes I don't use the same words, so finding a report can be difficult till I know the correct words. It's an age thing and nope - I do not have an example

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have started to have small events at our orchard and I know that I can put together a sales page, probably get a few tweaks from Andrew and then have it live with a link - we were taking reservations over the phone last year. Much much better. Simple, less human error, great help when weather cancels a Pick Your Own. Mass cancelation and refund option a blessing

  ### 17. Maximum Cheer and Dance Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan S. | Events Manager and General Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Ease of use in creation of templates and ability to utilize various functions within ticketspice that help maximize potential profits on customer interface

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There are some features, such as lack of ability to view terms and conditions documents in ticket scanning app and customization of apple wallet tickets that hinder our maximum use of ticketspice.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticketspice creates a user friendly ticket portal that eliminates the need for multiple levels of staffing needed at each of our events for purchasing and scanning in at entry

  ### 18. TicketSpice-Kind of a Ferrari

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keira R. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

After being on another service for MANY years, payment became unreliable. I researched at least 5 companies and tried 1 for a round of shows and demo'd two more. I liked that TicketSpice responded with an instant offer to set up a live demo (well, I didn't cause I didn't have time and I don't do zoom but I was kind of desperate). I liked being hustled into immediate set up, I loved being given my own person to help me set up my account and train me, it didn't take long and I love that there are lots of options for help, a chat line, an account manager you get when your trainer has decided you are good to go. Dave was awesome in setting me up, I had a really tight timeline and we got my show up and it was a big one with 14 different pages. But we did it in a week all while training me. He did a lot of the work which I appreciated. My company is small, I was on the fence about whether I needed something with so many bells and whistles, but I believe in TicketSpice and that it will continue to grow and evolve as they are very good listeners and seem to be tightly run and lean so changes can happen.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

You should know ahead of time, if you do shows with multiple dates, it is a bit more work. BUT the quality and desireability and flexibility of having an individual landing page for each show outweighs that for me. Multiple pages are easy to create but also easier to proof and just get one done for your mats and one for your evenings and copy and change the dates, easy! TicketSpice will take you through that so the learning curve isn't so steep. It was just a surprise as none of the other ticket companies required that BUT none of the other tickets had gorgeous landing pages either and that is the trade off.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem I was trying to solve was being paid in a timely manner and having a backend that produced the reports I needed for the peculiar way I have of doing things! First, I was shocked to begin getting deposits weekly. I've never had a company that doesn't wait til the run is over and THEN pay you. I love getting the ticket income as we go because we all know we are spending it NOW to put this booger up! Second, the reporting system while not entirely intuitive is able to pull WHATEVER you want, when you want and get your seat#, your client names, prices, whatever...all the info. I love that. The last thing wasn't a problem because I didn't know it existed...well, I did but I didn't think I could have it, and that is the LOOK of the landing pages for ticket buyers. The buying experience could only be improved by being able to purchase multiple dates at one time but other than that, it is SUPER easy and smooth on the front end AND it makes us look really professional which is a step up from a widget with tiny type and no ability to design the experience.

  ### 19. TICKET SPICE & Giving Fuel

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ShawnMarie A. | District Special Events & Fundraising Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Ticket Spice (Emily) is helping Newman with our first Fundraising Banquet. Having different "Ticket prices" levels will help us track our guests. We are also interested in the Raffle Tickets feature.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There isn't anything so far that I don't like about Ticket Spice. But I know that if I do come across an issue, I can quickly get ahold of Emily, and she can help me.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to sell and track the number of guests AND Table Sponsorships

  ### 20. Experience with Ticket Spice

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Farming | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

We needed a ticketing platform that allowed our business to sell a large volume of tickets for time and date specific entry for different events that included add on purchases. Ticket Spice had all the features we were looking for that accommodated our events, including batch cancellations and refunds (since we are an outdoor event dependent on weather).

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

When we initially started with Ticket Spice, we had a lot of issues setting up our page, had some errors with how our ticketing was set up (probably because of the "actions", but also how our guests were getting charged), and got switched around to different account managers a few times having to start from scratch each time. We were frustrated and wanted to switch companies. When we got matched up with Michelle for this season, she was AMAZING. She made us feel like she cared about our business, and not that we were just another number. She took time with us, diligently went through our pages to make sure there were no errors, and even sent helpful reminders and videos to help us before our pages went live. She took time to address questions and concerns, and provided us with the same level of customer service we offer our guests. It was a night and day difference working with her, and made us feel much better about working with this ticketing platform as a whole.

One other thing I dislike is the reporting. I wish there was a more seamless way to see what guests have reservations each day and at what time. For our campfire site bookings, this would be much easier than having to export a report the way we do now, and it would be nice if my other staff could do this without having access to all of the financial data.

We also have had a lot of issues with the feature allowing guests to reschedule their tickets on their own. This is not something that is easy for guests to find, or complete and takes more time for our staff to handle, but that has been managable.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TicketSpice is helping us with ticket sales and reservations for our guests where they can get an email confirmation of the date and time of their tickets/reservations.

**Official Response from John Russell:**

> Hey there! We’re so glad to hear that you love the features that TicketSpice has to offer when it comes to time slots and date-based ticketing!

We’re also sorry to hear about your frustrations with switching Account Managers. Often times we transition customers to different Account Managers because our team is ever-growing and we want to make sure that all of our accounts get the exact help and attention they need and deserve. We’re so glad Michelle was able to help you, and that she's now your go-to AM! She is one of our best Account Managers, and she loves going above and beyond for all of her customers.

As for the reporting, thank you so much for this invaluable feedback. We consistently try to make our product the best possible and we can only accomplish this by hearing and receiving feedback like this. Thank you for helping us better our products so we can bring our best foot forward.

With all of that said, we know that your account manager Michelle would be more than happy to help you with our current reporting system and set up a more user-friendly way for your customers to be able to edit their tickets on their own. You're welcome to schedule a call with her to get that started :)

Thank you again for all of your feedback and we really look forward to serving you and your events for many years to come!

Online ticket sales which account for roughly 75% of our total ticket sales.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There is nothing I dislike about TicketSpice.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TicketSpice has made it very easy to sell tickets without a lot of fees.

  ### 23. Great customer service! Backend still needs some improvements.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina C. | Experiential Director, Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The most helpful part of TicketSpice are the account leads that assist with navigating the backend whenever there is a question. In general, the TicketSpice website is pretty user-friendly but there are definitely ways in which it can be improved.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I don't like that I have to export a report every time I want to see who purchased a courtside box or cabana. Also if I want to see how much inventory is left, I want there to be a page that shows that very clearly. For example, all the different VIP levels in Manhattan Beach, who bought what -- I want to be able to see that in a page and not have to export a report every time. Since I have to keep up to date on courtside boxes, it would be great if there was a running list by purchase date or even a notification that pops up if more boxes have been purchased AFTER I've already went in to check.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After our Austin event, I found that it was necessary to have credit card swipers up at our box office and Austin was very quick to come up with a solution for that. The card swipers worked about 50% off the time but it was still better than not having it at all. Austin has been extremely helpful. I've been on multiple calls with him and he's even sent over demonstration videos to help me find the information I need. Hopefully he takes the notes from the calls I've had and improves the backend of TicketSpice. For example, the reconciliation bit, for some reason the numbers don't totally match up in the reports with the different fees and taxes, I need that to be much more clear and straight forward without having to manually do the math on my own and have it still not add up.

**Official Response from Eric Unterberger:**

> Hey Tina! Thank you so much for this invaluable feedback. We’re so happy that our Account Manager team and your Account Manager Austin (shameless plug 😉) have been such a huge help to you and your events!

As for some of the issues you have brought up, we appreciate so much for you bringing these to our attention. We would like to take this opportunity to help maybe bring some clarity or solutions to some of these issues.

Our new “report summary” that you can find on your analytics page is growing and updating and now will reflect your remaining ticket supplies right there on your dashboard! It’s just a few clicks and you’ll see it right there. As for the reporting on the names and times of your box seats that you offer, we have the ability to set you up with a memorized report that is simple just emailed to you with all the info you are looking for for each event. No extra work or downloading reports, just an email with a link to see your report if any new changes have come up.

Lastly, you’ll be happy to know that our team currently is working on a beta version of our updated Box Office app! This new update is in it’s last bit of testing and will be released very soon. This new update will fix the swiper issue where you may have to swipe more than once. Your swipers will now swipe and read the first time. We can understand how frustrating it must be when the math doesn’t add up and things don’t seem super clear, so thank you again for bringing these frustrations to our attention and will be sure to think of ways on how to break down the numbers to be crystal clear for our next updates!

If you would like, we would love to connect you and these issues with your Account Manager, Austin, to help set you up for success and implement these changes for you 😄

**Reviewed by:** Robert S. | Board Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

I am on the board of a local Non-Profit Organization and we hold several events throughout the year. This product has proven to be an EXCELLENT tool for promoting and selling tickets and sponsorships.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

What makes it so easy to use also makes it sometimes a little too generic.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Selling tickets and sponsorships, with the added benefit of generating data bases and reports.

  ### 25. Great system & support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2023

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The interface is very easy to use for set-up as well as providing an exceptional UX

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

No concerns thus far. Everything has worked well.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticketing for multiple events

  ### 26. Excellent product and friendly customer service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Festival Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

There are many things that I love about Ticket Spice - the ease of use, the ability to quickly create and activate links, the ability to create a dynamic page that is only limited by your imagination.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

The only thing that I would say is that we had a critical issue (or at least we thought we did) - during the weekend and you generally cannot get ahold of support over the weekend. But even that - Andrew, our rep, came through on his off time to help me out.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We never had to go to a third-party ticketing service until about 3 years ago. Luckily I found TicketSpice 2 years ago and have not looked back. I really love the fact that not only is the service efficient - they have a top-notch staff that care about their clients. You cannot buy that dedication.

  ### 27. Great program for event ticketing!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim M. | Tour Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

TicketSpice is easy to navigate both for design and function. They make the software understandable for someone who does not have a background in development or ticket sales. TicketSpice also has incredible support, from tutorials to written documentation. They have demos and chat ready at your fingertips. They also have a great training manual and FAQ section. It was easy for me to get into the program with all this support. I was up and running quickly. The program itself is versatile for all ticketing needs and types of events.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I would like even more design options for personalization.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed easy public ticketing for our series of tours and TicketSpice is a great fit. It did not take long to set it up and was easy to navigate. this made us more productive.

  ### 28. Owner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teagan M. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The follow-up communication and attention to detail when explaining the solution to any inquiries. I appreciate my questions always being answered quickly and effectively!

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

The entire platform is easy. Cost is always a challenge we look to reduce; if I had to pick one negative, it's the cost. At the same time, I understand this is a business and am willing to pay for the service I receive, which justifies continuing to use Ticketspice.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offering pre-purchased tickets to our events has helped us plan staffing needs. Ticketspice is also giving customer support with responding to general questions, ticket time changes and basic information.

  ### 29. The team at Ticketspice help make our event registrations quick and thorough.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2023

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

I love how easy it is to use. It's swift and straightforward to help set up event registrations and discount coupons to help promote your event.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

The only downside I find is that some of the old features they have discontinued carry over to the new registration pages, which have caused a few hiccups for my events.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticketspice is helping solve our ways or tracking the correct amount of attendees we have at our events. They also are making the check-in process smooth.

  ### 30. Recommended - best solution I've found that won't break the bank

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan S. | Director of Information Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Full featured software. Excellent check-in app. Customer service has been pleasant to work with - even providing detailed step-by-step instructions, rather than just sending a link to a support page. Overall, a quality product that I would recommend.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Difficult to effectively check-in attendees with single ticket for multiple-day events.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Registration process has many valuable features, clean presentation, good performance, and form options including conditional logic.

  ### 31. So easy and streamlined, we should have implemented a long time ago...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael K. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The onboarding process was easy, and we are not the most tech-savvy individuals. Dave was outstanding to work with and patiently answered our questions. Additionally, with Ticketspice, we did not have to invest much money to start this process. We thought about going to an online ticket a few years ago, but the initial setup cost for us, a small business, made it too much of a risk.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

So far, we haven't found a single thing we dislike.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing an online ticket for our customers while being able to reduce our staff in our box office.

  ### 32. The best experience with a ticketing company ever!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor D. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The Staff - everyone has been top-notch from the beginning. The response time to inquiries is unbelievable - you all should be proud

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

The only thing I can find is there is not easy enough access to see a report of what codes have been used for discounts

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This service allows us to ticket our events and promote them efficiently and professionally. This allows us to move forward with multiple and more significant events in the new year.

  ### 33. Austin has been great to work with and prompt with answering questions and finding solutions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Farming | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2023

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The webinars are extremely helpful and one-on-one video calls are awesome when needing help with building a page

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Not having the option to offer season passes to our customers, and not being able to see if a customer has USED their purchase protection policy (empty seats that could have been filled by other potential customers)

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In-person ticketing; we can plan for our events and be prepared for a set amount of people much more easily

  ### 34. Best Event Ticketing System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dana Lynn T. | Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Ease of use, cost, ticket scanning app, excellent support.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Nothing. By far the best I've used and I've used EventBrite and several others.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for charity events where every dollar raised counts. The low cost is great. Scanning tickets using the app is so easy! I only need a few volunteers at the door to get the patrons in quickly and efficiently. Giving my volunteers a key that allows them to access the ticket-scanning only on the app means I keep data secure. I've never had a glitch with the app.

  ### 35. Good customer service!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maverick T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2023

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

I like all the tools they have and their support is great.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Wepay has been a little annoyed to get verified for and get paid, But the support staff from Ticketspice has helped me through it.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better end user experience with ticketing and checking into events.

  ### 36. It's been pretty easy. I need to use it more. I plan to in this new year 2023!

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

We use the reservation part of TicketSpice the most and we are very happy and satisfied with it.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There isn't anything I dislike as of yet.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not know.

  ### 37. Always there when I need them!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler C. | Small Business Owner/Organizer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

I like that if I'm struggling with something, I know they are just a quick text/email away. Communication is key for me. It saves me time and money, so thank you! Plus, they are based in the US, so there isn't a language barrier. I constantly deal with that when looking for support from other services. It takes twice as long to get an answer!

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I'd like themto keep evolving their product. It's really good, but it can be great. Easier reporting and ticket processing is key for me.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows me to process orders online. I can design the process myself and follow my vision of how I see the registration process happening for my user. It's flexible. I love that.

  ### 38. Great Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa/Kelsey C. | Co-owner/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Very easy to set up and utilize from our side and customer side
all customer service reps are very helpful
the platform is visually appealing
easier to get a breakdown of important information then other companies we used

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Daunting to change platforms and reinvent the wheel from what we were currently using but upon complete investigation this was the best route for us to go in ease and analytics

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have had no real problems or issues. Anything that may come up is easily fixed and has not held us up from launching our sales platform promptly. Everyone we connect with at TS is always helpful and gets all our changes/adjustments fixed up right away. (especially a rep named Trey!)

  ### 39. Nothing but AMAZINGNESS!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah S. | Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

easy to create, easy to use, stream lined both out events that weren't alike really well. Staff is SUPER helpful and amazing.

I can say as a very small non-profit that doesn't have big dollars and a staff of one, this has been a God send. I have FUN creating new pages and using them in creative ways to raise funds, do events, run out membership forms through it and SO much more. It has also helped out accountant also.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

only thing missing is online auction option.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had an issue with a refund and I was stumped and they quickly got it solved. They also helped me with my giving fuel web page I created and it was solved in no time.

  ### 40. Great UX design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The interface is very well handled. We love the options available, our customers had no complaints when using the purchase page, and we are very happy with the price.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There were issues when trying to set up our event regarding the Hybrid options. We had no way to customize our in person tickets. When we switched the event to in person we could not change it back to hybrid. There was no way to offer digital experience tickets from the in person side for those that wanted to tune into the guest speaker streams.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a nonprofit that needs to be conscious of what we spend on everything we do. Ticketspice was inexpensive and the staff was super helpful when setting up our big fundraising event.

  ### 41. Great training and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine K. | Owner/Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

TicketSpice offered great on boarding support to make the whole process easy. You are connected with specialists who are helpful and knowledgeable. I like being able to access my account electronically.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Wish I could have customers make purchases without buying a ticket. Sometimes customers already have a ticket and want a spur of the moment purchase but TicketSpice doesn't allow for that.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TicketSpice is helping me launch my business. I was. It sure where or how to start, and a specialist worked with me to get my account up and running and scheduled follow up meetings to check in to see how things were going.

  ### 42. TicketSpice makes online ticketing for our company SO much easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Scanning is incredibly simple and straightforward. Intuitive design and customization are a huge plus. TicketSpice's responsive team makes things much easier, and they are always willing to find a solution as quickly as possible.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There's not much that we dislike, though we wish the deposit reporting between TicketSpice and WePay had more details. It is a bit cumbersome to manually calculate certain types of tickets for deposit and admissions info.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small company, with not many tech-savvy employees. TicketSpice has comprehensive instructions, and a staff that is always willing to walk you through things. As with most things, the more you use it, the easier it is - but out of all of the ticketing companies we've used and explored, it is certainly the easiest and most efficient.

  ### 43. TicketSpice is user friendly and a great ticketing system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

I like that TicketSpice is very easy to use. Very user friendly. When I can't figure out how to do something I can contact support or my account manager and they will send me detailed instructions on how to do it. TicketSpice is working to make updates and I am notified of these through email and my account manager.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There are a few things that could be a little more user-friendly, like coupons, however, once I figure out how to do something it is very easy and I can refer back to instructions on how to do it the next time I need it. I do not really have any dislikes of ticketspice.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, I have no problems with TicketSpice that need to be solved. I do like the new navigation bar, if needed I can use this to link to my event website for more information.

  ### 44. TicketSpice Fan For Life!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

We've used TicketSpice for major conferences, concerts and other events for years. It's both staff-friendly and user-friendly, easy for volunteers to scan tickets, provides us helpful metrics, and so much more. We also appreciate the speedy response time of the customer service.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There are certain limitations like not being able to set max quantities with a reserved seating map, the removal of phone number as a part of the confirmation details (now it's just Name and E-mail for free events, where before we also collected phone number).

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticketing for our events, cutting down on line times and check-in.

  ### 45. Fast Response. Helpful Answer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny F. | Pastor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The platform is so easy to use and anything I haven't been able to figure out, the team has quickly answered my questions through the built-in chat.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I have yet to find a downside to this platform. I guess I was having a little trouble with tickets for multiple dates and times but the team helped me resolve this quickly!

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We host a large ice rink for the entire Christmas season for our community. The platform has made our site look better and made the ticket purchasing easier for our users.

  ### 46. I love the software and the support Team is great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dola I. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

Functionality and Flexibilty and they payout daily which is very important for my business

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

Inability to export my page as a template, to import it into another business account I have on Ticketspice. This would save me a lot of time creating new pages.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Selling tickets online in advance of my events

  ### 47. Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivien S. | Business owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

The TicketSpice support team is, in a word, excellent. As first-time users, we had a number of questions, and every single member of the support team - including Trey, Julia, Susie, Tanner, Phillip and Phina - not only answered all of our questions but responded quickly, thoroughly with patience and good vibes.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

It took a little time to get familiar with the backend / dashboard, and to understand the system logic, but I wouldn't say 'dislike' by any stretch.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a good, flexible system, making it easy to setup ticketing.

  ### 48. Ticket spice is a practical way to get basic tickets sales done.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Estefania G. | Marketing and Outreach Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

I like their chat feature, where I can easily get help in less than thirty minutes.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I don't like how some features are hard to customize, for example in re-occuring events it is hard to make each one unique.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ticketspice actions helped me solve a problem where I couldn't customize the capacities for each re-occuring event,

  ### 49. An amazing ticketing platform, with some bugs.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

TicketSpice provides a wonderful, easy-to-use ticketing software that's built for small businesses, large businesses, and anyone in-between. Their support has been there for any question we have, and have always been friendly and helpful.

The page designer is amazing, intuitive, and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

There's a lot we don't like. There's a lot we like. A few things we think need to change are below:

- Easier to manage pages
- Drafts of pre-published pages
- Box office on iPhone / iPod instead of just iPad
- Actions / Conditional Logic loves to reset itself, causing mayhem in our ticketing pages
- Better embeeded options

**Recommendations to others considering TicketSpice:**

Compare pricing, features, etc. TicketSpice isn't for everyone, yet is still an amazing, competitive software.

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a small event organization, that typically puts on one event a year. TicketSpice really helps us in this by providing a competitive platform for one-off events, or for people who only run one event per year.

**Official Response from Eric Unterberger:**

> Hey Nathan!

Thank you so much for providing all of this great feedback! We’re happy to hear that TicketSpice has been working well for you, and we’re grateful that you’ve taken the time to share some thoughts on areas for improvement. We make sure to share all constructive feedback like this with our team in order to continue improving our product, and we will definitely be sharing yours too.

I did however want to quickly address the bugs you were experiencing with the actions / conditional logic, as it’s possible that those bugs have already been resolved. Actions normally don’t reset themselves, so I’m happy to connect you with one of our specialists to inspect your page and see if the bug has been addressed and fixed. It shouldn’t happen moving forward.

If you’d like to have a more extensive chat with one of our Customer Solutions team members on this, or any other issues you may be running into, feel free to use the following link to schedule a quick call with them: https://calendly.com/ticketspice/solutions?month=2022-05

For greater clarity and understanding, please also see some additional comments / questions to your feedback from our support team below :)

Page Management: We have folders to sort pages, and filters to search, but we’d love your specific feedback on how we could make your pages easier to manage?

Drafts: We technically do have drafts of pre-published pages. You an always click 'Preview' as you build and update the page along the way, even after it's published. Is that what you’re referring to, or is it something else like past versions of drafts (like other website builders?

Box Office:
We currently don’t have plans to move to iphones/ipod at the moment.

Embed Options:
For websites - we can always give you suggested iframe codes, and have a plug in for WordPress. Is there a specific option you’re looking for?

I really hope this all helps you and any other potential customers in the future!

I’ve attached a link to this comment to schedule more time with our Customer Solutions Specialists for anyone who needs additional assistance.

Sincerely,
Eric

  ### 50. First time, haven't "used" them yet. They seem eager, though

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** richard h. | Owner Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about TicketSpice?**

They seem quite eager to be helpful and informative. They had a presentation at the venue to bring us up to speed on how the process works, which was helpful to let us know and inform our Patrons.

**What do you dislike about TicketSpice?**

I can't get the normal discounts I've been giving to the community these last 35 years. Our non-profit mandate (and tradition to the community) has us give half-price tickets to boy scouts, girls scouts, church youth groups and retirement homes. We've also given gree tickets to the American Veterans Association for the last ten years. Not sure how we'll do that this season. Also, for our recital, we have two presentations. Due to this, we need to have two separate links; one for each presentation. It's a bit confusing and would be easier if the public only had one link and could make purchases for either (or both) presentations on one page.

**Recommendations to others considering TicketSpice:**

As soon as we do one production I'll have an idea for a recommendation

**What problems is TicketSpice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't know yet, as no problems have come up or been solved. We do have all parents of participants enroll for required volunteer duty, and this has taken some of those duties away, giving our Patrons fewer volunteering options. Since we usually processed ticket sales in-house, we could get any new purchaser information to mail them information about future productions. We no longer have this information capacity.

**Official Response from Eric Unterberger:**

> Hey Richard!

Thank you so much for providing all of this great feedback! We’re so happy that we were able to communicate to you how excited we are to help you!

As for some of the features that you wish we could do better on, we actually can help support some of this for you.

We would love to be able to help walk you through and build some discounts and coupons for you to provide to your patrons as well as free tickets to give to your local veteran community! Our team would also love to show you how to use our coupon code tools and our actions feature to be able to provide the appropriate tickets and ticket prices to you and your attendees.

As for having to build two pages, one for each day, currently, you are correct in that our Reserved Seating product doesn’t offer a multi-day use at this time. But with that said, I would be happy to submit this feedback to our product team and see if this is something we could implement in the future. This is a great idea and we really appreciate your feedback!

If you would like, I would love to connect you with one of our onboarding team members or one of our account managers to help get your page built and functioning exactly the way you would like it with your special pricing and free tickets :)

Feel free to comment back here if you're up for that, and I'll help get the ball rolling there!

Sincerely,
Eric
