Recommendations to others considering TicketSource: It's great for small to mid level theatres, and easy to train volunteers and other staff. I would say it's occasional slowness mean it's tricky to cope with high-demand shows but those are few and far between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is TicketSource solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to sell tickets in real time across a number of venues. The software doesn't require specialist printers so any computer and printer can be used to sell tickets. The percentage that TicketSource takes from your ticket sales compared to the competition is a lot smaller and customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TicketSource? Nothing that would make me stop using the service. It would be nice to have a table seating plan layout rather than just normal seating / venues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering TicketSource: They are a very welcoming company to work with. I get occasional phone calls from them asking if there is anything that I need or any feedback that I can provide. If I ever have any questions I can easily contact them via phone, email or via a live chat service. They are also based in the UK so there aren't any outsourced tech support. They also offer charity organisation discounts on the total percentage they take off of the ticket sales which is nice. Overall I am very glad that we opted to use this company rather than others that were on offer. They are also very compliant when it comes to Data Protection, they have emailed me thoroughly about the changes that they are making to make sure that myself and them are compliant with the new GDPR that goes live in May 2018. The online presence is incredibly useful, as well as the web interface is easy to use as well. I love the easy to use interface and ability to interrogate my customer data. It is easy to set up events and get tickets on sale really fast.
