This allows everyone to have access but also keeps each individual accountable for their actions. **What do you dislike about TicketSource?** The ticket printer option is very difficult to work with. It's user interface is nice, but it seems to crash. However, I'm not 100% sure that isn't my own fault. **Recommendations to others considering TicketSource:** There are a lot of great options and features.
